After being rudely treated at another poulsbo bead shop, I was very pleasantly surprised by the assistance and shopping experience at bad Blanche connection. Thank you for treating your customers with courtesy.

Nice selection of items, but service was not great. I went to check out and the register was taken by customers still shopping - cashier said they had to wait on those others. I took a second look at jewelry, and looked up to a new customer being checked out (not the ones still shopping). Ultimately I waited an extra 5-10... read full comment

My friend and I were site seeing in Poulsbo today and came across this amazing store. The employee was amazing as was the owner. So many beautiful and affordable items! Will definitely return and can not wait for what cute things we'll find.
