Good afternoon everyone this is my review for burrata Bistro in Poulsbo. My daughter and I went in today to have lunch it was a beautiful sunny day so we chose to sit outside on the terrace. I really like the atmosphere first off. We had a really nice friendly waiter I did not get his name but that's okay. We ordered three or four different tapas I will add pictures the only one that we were not crazy about is one with like salmon pate with cream cheese we didn't really like that but all the rest of them were excellent. And because I'm from Miami if you guys don't already know I did order a Cuban sandwich to go I took a few bites and it was actually very very good the bread was what makes the Cuban sandwich and their bread was excellent. I look forward to going back to this restaurant a second time my brother lives 5 minutes from it so will definitely go back and I recommend it to anybody.James. M

Great food and service. Sat outside and they have heaters and mostly enclosed to make it comfy....very much enjoyed it. Tiramisu is great!

This is, by far, the best restaurant in Poulsbo! The food here is so delicious! Mary, our server, was absolutely amazing. So friendly and attentive and just all around a great human being.

Food was flipping INCREDIBLE!!!! Tapas and other small plates are so good. Especially the goat cheese stuffed peppers! The pine nuts put it over the top. The shrimp ceviche is awesome too, just ask for extra chips. Focaccia bread was a winner and so fresh but a necessity to sop up all the sauces. Service was mediocre but only because she was stretched thin and had too many tables. She was really very nice, just wanted to see her more.

We just had a dinner there, to celebrate my mom’s birthday, with my partner, and our 1 year old baby. Most food we had was tasty. Vibe is lovely. The serving experience we had was unpleasant and uncomfortable.Joe was our server. When I was ordering food, he asked me, “Where are you from?” I said, we are from Seattle. Clearly, he was not “satisfied” with my response. So he decided to add on, “Where does your accident come from?” I said, “What do you mean by my accident?” He finally gave up as I didn’t come up with a response he was hoping for. Located in Downtown Poulsbo, haven’t they seen enough people of color and learned how to genuinely ask customers questions without being offensive? The second incident was the Cioppino we ordered. One clam coming from that has insanely amount of sand and small rocks, that my mom had to throw up immediately and literally brush her teeth. When I was about to finish the rest of the soup from the Cioppino, I found a part of stainless steel scrubber. I brought this up with Joe. He said he needs to check with his manager. When he returned, he said, “We took care of it.” I asked, “What do you mean by taking care of it?” He said, “We took this out of your bill.”Throughout the entire discussion of this stainless scrubber thing, there was no single point that Joe was even sorry about this. This is way beyond my expectations. I can’t imagine what if my one years old had that thing in his mouth.Again, most food we had was tasty. I just would not return for the professionalism of the serving experience we had.

The quality of the food has steadily decreased over the last several months. We went tonight and ordered 2 starters and two meals. The starters were the bacon wrapped dates and the mushrooms with goat cheese. They were decent. My wife ordered pasta bolognese (gluten free). It came out quickly, pasta was pretty al dente and the ragu was fair. I ordered a Cuban sandwich which took forever to get. In fact, my wife was able to eat her entire menu and we had to ask for my sandwich and just took it to go. It was also fair at best. For a $100 bill, they could do much better. It’s one more place we will add to the list to not visit. It’s too expensive to get meh food and have to wait for it.

Absolutely delicious! Desirae was awesome. Favorite was the tortilla with artichoke. Couldn't wait to eat so the pictures are of half eaten

Great appetizers, we had the bacon wrapped dates, excellent! Also, the focchi bread with olive oil and basalmic vinger, must have been a dozen bite sized pieces, plenty enough for four.Happened to see under salads, bacon candy? Had to try it,! Preatty good, bacon with a syrup glase. For my entree, had the cannaloni, Preatty good, rich sauce, hot out of the oven.Washed down with a pitcher of sangria.

One of my favorite restaurants in Poulsbo. I worked next door to them when they first opened, and years and years later their food is still good, the employees are still nice and attentive (and trust me: none of them know me any more, it's been a long time haha), and the expanded menu with the paella just adds to an already great selection of quality food.
