Crimson Cove Smoked Specialties is a hidden gem in Poulsbo with very friendly service. The shop offers tons of choices and cool local goods, including the best smoked salmon and mussels in the town and area. They have delicious smoked fish and cheese, smoked salmon dip, meat and cheese dishes, jams, chocolates, bread, and mermaid items, wine glasses, and accessories. Individual sample cups are available to try the salmon and cheese. The price is for the quality you eat, and everything in there is good and flavorful.
This store has some great mermaid items, Wine glasses and accessories, and meat and cheese dishes, along with some delicious jams, and smoked fish and cheese. I bought an apple cider and fig jam, 3 smoked fishes and 2 cheeses.
