Let me start by saying the employees at CVS have been great . . . that being said . . . I used the in-store Kodak kiosk for video transfers. It was confusing, and I ended up being charged almost $100 (twice what I was quoted) to transfer 3 VHS tapes to DVDs (about 6 hours of footage). And it took 3 weeks to get it. Should have gone to Costco - an expansive lesson for sure!

I had awesome customer service experience at the Poulsbo CVS. Sharon was especially helpful, really knew her stuff and took pride in her store. The rest of the team was also very helpful too!

They are slow to fill subscriptions. They had my prescription for 5 days and didn't fill it until I went through there nightmare automated phone system to check on it. this has happened twice now. Finding a different pharmacy after this order.

I left a previous review and had had a lot of issues with this CVS for a while after the transition from Kitsap pharmacy. But in the past year or so they seem to have really pulled things together - prescriptions are filled smoothly and accurately, they're no longer understaffed, pharmacists are very helpful and communicative. Still hard to reach by phone at times but most importantly there are no more hiccups and they seem to have a great team there.
