“THANK YOU iDOPE! My husband's laptop stopped and played a recorded message that his laptop had been hacked. It told him to call an 800 number and not to shut down or close the window. We thought he had been hacked for ransom. Instead, he called iDope, and they gave him easy instructions (in his case, turn off and restart). It worked!
