It was a Sunday afternoon and one of my tires were punctured by a nail on the road. I called up Firestone and spoke to Jim, who was able to slot me in for a same day appointment to patch the tire. Mike helped me check out a couple of hours later. Great service and friendly staff!

Five Stars, Zero Screeching Brakes, Mild Emotional Growth
Came in with a car that was politely asking for help and left with brakes so smooth I briefly considered auditioning for a car commercial.
Huge shout-out to Joseph and Bob, who explained everything clearly, honestly, and without once making me feel like I needed a PhD in Automotive Vibes to understand what was happening. They inspected my brakes, confirmed that yes, they were absolutely done for, and fixed them without upselling me into bankruptcy or fear-mongering me into repairs I didn’t need. They put in some discounts where they could and I very much appreciated that.
The service was fast, transparent, and genuinely kind. I declined a few suggested items (because boundaries are healthy), and there was zero pressure or side-eye about it. Love that energy. In this economy, you gotta triage!
Also appreciate a place that can say “your battery is tired but not dead” in a way that felt… relatable.
If you want your car to stop sounding like a haunted accordion and start driving like it respects itself again, this is the place. I arrived stressed. I left safe, informed, and only slightly poorer. Worth it.
Would trust them again. Would recommend them to friends. Would absolutely return before my car tries to file a formal complaint.

Starter quit on my Jeep Commander. I called Allstate for tow help as I am in an RV park on the Hood Canal with no repair facility nearby. I was referred to Firestone in Poulsbo. Having used Firestone before I had my rig towed to them. They got her going the next day. I am careful with who I take my Hemi powered Jeep to, and usually use the dealer but they were too far away.

Jim is a great manager at Firestone Tire service in Poulsbo. He is trustworthy, Listens to your car needs, provides accurate cost for parts and labor and more. They are a competent team that works quickly to address your tire repair and oil change. Definitely recommend.

Tanner was awesome! We flew in from out of state and rented a car on turo that was grinding somewhere in the back. He so kindly jacked it up, took the tire off and found the rock stuck in the brake caliper. Right before closing too. He was a life saver getting us back on the road. THANK YOU TANNER!

I got 4 brand new tires June 23rd and had one blow out last Friday. I took it to a dealer and they said it had clear signs of overinflated and that it was not covered under the warranty.
