“Long time follower of Yelp, 1st time reviewer. Best bang for your money spent at the Guest House Inn & Suites Hotel in small town of Poulsbo. My family entered their lobby and it's very inviting and we could feel the warmness of the hotel. Christmas tree right next to the fireplace and the best x-mas decorations in any hotels I've stayed in the last month! As far as the rest of the stay, just great service from the front desk to all employees greeting us in the hallways, we felt like family. Room was super clean with new furnishings (no scratches/nicks on the furniture whatsoever). Many outlets for my entire family's electronics/phones was really nicely thought of. Fast internet, I mean fast!Breakfast was superb as well, yummy cheesy omelette, fresh waffle for the kids, bacon and sausage for protein choices. All this for little over $100, can't beat that!”

“My husband & I did overnight stays twice in the past 30 days. We came to Poulsbo to see shows at the Clearwater Casino but didn't want to pay premium casino hotel rates. We've been pleased with our Poulsbo Inn experiences. We stayed in the single story section of the motel, next to the workout room & breakfast room/office. The room (same both visits) was large, clean, and comfortable. I liked the layout and it was quiet, despite being adjacent to a high traffic area of the motel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable on our first visit (I'm a mattress snob) but a little less so the second time. I've slept on much worse motel/hotel mattresses so I'm not complaining. I removed one star simply because I wish they included 4 pillows instead of 3 on the King size bed (I think having only one pillow contributed to my discomfort during our second stay). This motel is ideally located to visit downtown Poulsbo and the casino, as well as other nearby attractions. Staff is very nice. We feel this motel is a good value for budget travelers. We'll definitely be back!”

“This is a decent hotel. I've stayed there in the past and also have attended events there in the past. Some friends were in town from California and needed a place to stay. I happily recommend this hotel. I love the fact that it's reasonably priced. They give you a free hot meal for breakfast every day. They give you beverage drinks tickets. And they have a really decent free salad bar every night and specials like prime rib Friday nights.I met my friends there for dinner, and I had the prime rib. One of my friends had a salmon dish. The other had fish and chips, which she really liked. And that fish sounded very crunchy every time she took a bite!I didn't stay in a room because I am a local, but they did. They had a nice overlook of the water. Easy access to things and activities all around Silverdale.Oh, I need to mention the very good customer service at the hotel. From the inquiry about registration to everything else they were easy to communicate with and were extra helpful.”

“After my plans had fell through for my cat and I, Ms. Jennine at the front desk was able to find me incredibly reasonable accommodation. Her hospitality goes well beyond anything I could've imagined and she was able to ease a great deal of stress I was under. She's accommodating and understanding, if I can give her more than 5 stars, I would.Thank you, Ms. Jennine.”

“My family and I stayed for just under 2 weeks in the family suite. Our suite was clean and spacious. They had a decent sized kitchen, fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils were also included. The staff were also very accommodating whenever we requested anything such as towels or dish soap, and if we needed their help with anything. They have 4 washers and 4 dryers for guests to use (I'm not sure if there were more upstairs). It was $1 for the washer, and 0.25 for 10 mins of drying.They offered a complimentary breakfast for guests in the lobby. Some of the items were individual sized milk, cereal, fruit cup, sliced apple packs, boiled eggs, pastries, and sometimes breakfast sandwiches. They are usually really good at refilling the refrigerated items if they notice it's running low....but get there early if you want your coffee. I usually picked up breakfast around 8:30-8:50 and sometimes the coffee canisters are already empty, which is understandable. It isn't a big deal because you can make a pot in your own room, or you can go across the street to the Mini Nex and just buy some there. The only problem I noticed with our stay was that the rug around the AC unit in the bedroom was soaking wet. We would turn the AC/heater off whenever we left the hotel but it would still be wet. We mentioned it to the house keepers and they put towels around it for about a few days, but it was still wet. We didn't mind too much because we were out and about most of the time so it didn't bother us. Even with this complaint, I still give our stay at the Navy Lodge-Bangor a 5 star rating because of the professionalism of the staff, and the price that can't be beat!”

“Very enjoyable Stay! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. No problem, too small. Lobby closes at 1030 p.m., our keys demagnetized, and they were able to quickly correct the issue.Thoughtful house staff! Saw a potential need, and they were aware enough to politely ask to solve the problem.”

“This place was supper fun I didn’t win any big Jackpots but was able to have a few hours of fun winning a couple hundred here and there unlike the fast suck you dry Emerald casino cant even really stay long enough to be offered a drink before you run out of money there there machines rarely even match the bet placed let alone more then the bet placedNoteworthy details: Machines actually pay great place to relax and enjoy spending a few dollars and at least get your money’s worth in entertainment value”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was the best ever. Breakfast was great. Upon arrival was told that because I paid through a third party that I needed to put a hundred dollars hold for incidentals. The next morning I spoke with the Manager and she explained that the new young lady was a little confused and she would retrain her. She explained that corporate made a recent change concerning holding a deposit for all room rentals. Makes perfect sense these days and $100 refundable deposit is reasonable.We stayed there because of the hospital near by.Rooms: My room did get a little warm but I think someone else had their heat to high. The shower was adjustable so I got a massage to help my stress. The room looked like new. I was greatful for the first floor room since my husband has been using a cane.Nearby activities: I was visiting my brother in the hospital and this location had the best price and was just down the street.Noteworthy details: The gal who fixed breakfast made a dish that was biscuits, eggs and sausage tasted great. She is creative and they let her ?”
