As it's my first time to file tax, I chose tax professional instead of tax app.The result is: I paid over $500 for the service provided, W2 and 1099, while being told the complicated FBAR still needs to be done by myself.

I used a tax service this year because of some investments I made. The person that helped me was professional and efficient. My only complaint is that I would have liked a warning as to how much the fee would be, although I didn't ask.
