My son and I went in to get something's straightened out and deposit a large cashiers check the manager didn't want to help at all said it would take 3 to 6 months to take care of he was very rude went over to Edmonds and they took care of it in an hour

Terrible customer service. This is my second trip to this bank to roll 2 iras. I've been here 55 minutes and it's still not done. The banker knows nothing about IRA s and is having trouble with the system. When do asked what the problem was, the manager, Shawn martens, snapped at me that there were system problems and I'd just have to wait. You'd think after now 55 minutes someone would explain

The worst. I've been there days in a row and they still could not figure out how to roll my IRA accounts. Didn't understand the difference between traditional and Roth IRAS. The manager was horrible to me. I will pull all of my accounts.

As a long term client of all the branches In multiple states I’ve never been unable to make a payment on my husband’s line of credit until this branch. Difficult banking at it finest.

This branch used to be the best. The employees were super nice and got to know you. They made you feel like a person and not just numbers on an account. A new manager was brought in a couple of years ago. He is not personable at all. The good people have slowly left. Everyone new is nice but cold. I've been a customer for over six years. I have my personal and business accounts yet I get treated like it's the first time I've ever walked in the building. It's very frustrating.
