Made an appointment and they let my trailer sit all day without touching it. What a waste of time and money visiting this shop

If I could choose zero stars I Would. My daughter went to Les Schwab in Poulsbo at my recommendation because I’ve never had an issue in Port Orchard. She went in to to fix a flat from a nail and was told after 3 hours that her tire couldn’t be repaired and she needed $500+ in new tires because they claimed hers were “bald.” They’re not—thankfully before she went in she knew it was a nail and she had tires that weren’t that old.
To make it worse, as she left, someone flagged her down to say her car was now squealing—something that wasn’t happening before. When she brought it up, the staff called out the mechanic and told him that “this young lady doesn’t think you know how to do your job.” My daughter said excuse me that’s not what I said I said my car is making a noise that it wasn’t before. After they mocked her and twisted her words. She was so frustrated she cried. Only when another woman stepped in and demanded that they do the right thing and fix the issue— did they take the car back and the miraculously fixed the issue.
She then went to Discount Tire, where they found the nail, fixed it for free, and confirmed her tires are in great shape. They even said this happens all the time with women coming from Les Schwab after being lied to and upsold.
I’m saddened that a company would take advantage of a young female like this. She was taken advantage of, spoken down to, and wasted her entire day. Do better, Les Schwab.

First time ever I was charged for a flat repair and tire rotation at Les Schwab. The tires were purchased at a different store. But , I have been going to this store for brakes, front end alignments, shocks and tires for as long as they have been in Poulsbo. That's the last dollar you will receive from me and my family. No more recommending Les Schwab for me.

I brought a vehicle in for some quoted work, and the initial scheduling process went smoothly. However, when I returned for the actual service, things quickly went downhill. I was told the job would take about three hours, which I planned my day around. I even mentioned that I’d be staying in the lobby since I didn’t have a ride.
After 3.5 hours, I checked in—only to be told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. In total, I ended up waiting five and a half hours with no updates unless I asked, and no effort was made to honor the original timeline.
To make matters worse, the lobby seating was incredibly uncomfortable, making the long wait even more frustrating. Disappointed by the complete lack of communication and consideration for my time.

Shout out to poulsbo leschwab. We managed to blow a tire on our boat trailer in the town of Brinnon, which is roughly an hour away. This location was willing to stay a little bit after closing and waited for my wife to arrive with rim and tire. They were able to mount and balance a new one and get us back on the road. You really went above the call.
Than you

Did my rotors way faster and cheaper than expected. Everyone was really nice and the guy was honest and told me what my car really needed (rotors) instead of what the previous mechanic had told me I needed that was more expensive and wholly unnecessary (all new tires). He was kind enough to tell me instead of do it anyway.

Come on over, if you want to wait 4 hours for your tires to be rotated! Save yourself some time and take some air out of your tire and drive right up for a flat repair and rotation.
They used to have a great manager who really cared for customers. I've been coming here for 9 years and no one even recognizes me. I have 4 cars that I've brought here over the 9 years.
I took my truck to discount tire just down the road and I'm taking my other cars there henceforth.

Get off Indeed.
Wasting people's time who have already uploaded resumes and filled out years worth of work history.
No one has time to make an account on your specific special little website, pick a password, get kicked out, go back, sign in, fill out years worth of work history again, just to be considered for an interview. That defeats the entire purpose of Indeed.
I was told "the hiring manager won't see your indeed application"
? isn't that kinda their sole purpose?
