“THANK YOU iDOPE! My husband's laptop stopped and played a recorded message that his laptop had been hacked. It told him to call an 800 number and not to shut down or close the window. We thought he had been hacked for ransom. Instead, he called iDope, and they gave him easy instructions (in his case, turn off and restart). It worked!
iDope has helped us many times with all our Apple devices, and we are so glad they are conveniently there in Poulsbo. We both highly recommend them!”
“Amaris was incredible to work with! She was kind, empathetic and so very patient. She helped get my parents switched to a phenomenally improved service plan, saving over $200 from their old internet provider and bundled it all into a single simple plan with brand new iPhone 17 phones that work so much better than their old SE models. Could not be happier!!”

“Dmitri was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Did not feel like he was trying to sell us things we didn’t need when purchasing a new phone unlike other times we bought things”
