What a well curated shop; I love the blanket and toy selection and browsing through the shop. When I ordered something online from afar, the staff was helpful on the phone, promptly sent my package and it arrived quickly, and nicely packaged. Such a great store for special gifts, home goods, and Nordic style.

Great little shop with lots of authentic Scandinavian goods. One of the few places you can get a proper Luciakrans during the holidays.

Wonderful collection of items from all of the Nordic countries. From socks to black licorice. Books, decorations, bumper stickers, you name it. Friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak Nordic languages. I overheard a conversation between the clerk and a Norwegian tourist. Reasonable prices.

I loved this store. I felt it was reasonably priced and had the nicest items. I purchased an organic cotton baby blanket made in Sweden. The owner was nice and shipped it to its destination for a small fee. I felt this place had high quality textiles and gifts. Great place to find a gift for others or treat yourself!!

Never been in and not found something that I love! Staff is very friendly and not pushy which is a great boost to a shopping experience. Wide variety of Scandinavian items including the best stock of favorite candies that are extremely difficult to find in the states (think 'quick lunch'!). Some tourist souvenir stuff and always my go-to place to buy anyone a gift!

It’s hard to capture how much I LOVE this store in a review. It’s easily my favorite store in Washington! I’m born and raised in Denmark and coming into Nordiska makes me feel like I get a little slice of home. The owner and staff are the best! A must visit if you are in the area and want to experience and bring home a little part of Scandinavia. Pro tip: Nordiska sells Johan Bülow licorice balls, if you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend it!

Amazing Store and awesome people work here. My wife was born and raised in Denmark and it feels like a little stop back in Scandinavia every time we come in. There’s something for everyone from old to young. This is the must visit shop on front street!

A must visit if you're looking for swedish, Norse or other Scandinavian themed goodies. Books, towels kitchenware, mugs, mittens, socks, clothes and more. Staff were kind and helpful. They also have a decent website for browsing the goods if you can't make it there. Definitely doing some Christmas shopping for my swedish descended family members here!
