Extremely over priced, made no real efforts to induce feeding of pet while under their care and I had to make an emergency trip to site to take control of management while they tried to overcharge me for on multiple different occasions while issuing forward care plans to keep my pet under their care! The veterinary industry is one of the most untrustworthy institutions we have now and this facility proved it!Thank God I have prior animal care experience growing up on a farm and was able to save my pet through forcing them to discharge back into my care.Criminals!

Recently ran in to Ricky... She berated me for owning a dog at my low income not knowing my family assists me with health care. I'm a senior with PTSD.. my dog has given me hope and companionship. Is this woman willing to knock on doors of all the seniors at Hostmark Apts and tell them they also have no business having their animals? Many of these people bring their animals there. The vet is great if Ricky will allow you to get an apointment

Very efficient drive-thru method. No waiting inside. In and out promptly. Showed genuine concern for treating our dog. Thank you so much!

Called trying to get an appointment to get a 4 month old kitten fixed. The woman at the front desk told me I could wait until my kittens were 8 or 9 months old. When I told her my kittens (brother and sister) were already mating and the female is already pregnant she said it was impossible, and she must be older that I thought. However, I know there exact date of birth because I got the kittens from a friend and know the mother cat and saw her when she was pregnant. When I told the lady at the front desk that a simple google search will confirm that male and female cats living indoors together can, and often do, mate and become pregnant as early as 4 months old, the women at the front desk was extremely rude and said "well why don't you call another vet then" and hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be sure to let anyone know I can not to bring their animals here for care.

Never coming back here again. Got charged extra fees than what was quoted over the phone. Have been a recurring customer for the last 3 years but their horrible service isn’t worth the low quality care you receive

Wonderful care for your critters, very reasonable fees, no-nonsense and opinionated (and sometimes impatient) staff. Love these folks!

I have to second the reviews on Ricky at the front desk. I asked for a general quote for teeth cleaning and was told she can't do that, because she'll quote lower than what will be billed.. and hung up. Such an odd experience, but seems to be something that happens often at the front desk at this vet.

They diagnosed my dog with heart disease. Took him in because he had a persistent wheezing cough. He was prescribed with a medication that he can not stop taking, ever. Took him to the emergency veterinarian last night due to the wheezing. He does not have heart disease; he hasa murmur. His trachea is collapsing. I gave 1 star as it's the lowest rating available. And yes, front desk woman is very rude.

Dr Sharon Glegg is not an USDA certified veterinarian. I called her office to make an appointment to have an USDA inspection form completed need to travel with my dog internationally to Belize. I provided to clinic with the correct form. Instead a WA St inspection form was completed. The receptionist was quite rude, would not listen to me and insisted that their form would work. This, in spite of it not being the form provided by the government website of Belize. After leaving the clinic, I frantically called other vets and begged for a same day appointment. Banfield Clinic squeezed me in their schedule and completed the correct USDA small animal inspection form. USDA had recently updated procedures involving electronic submission as well as the hard copy, something of which North Kitsap clinic was totally ignorant. Just 40 hours prior to leaving Kitsap for 8 months, My entire day consisted of vet appointments because of Dr Clegg's failure to be truthful about not being qualified to do USDA inspections. One thing worse would have been believing North Kitsap Animal Clinic and accepting the incorrect form, which could have resulted in my canine companion being refused importation at the Belize airport. I have a skittish, anxious cat who hisses, takes her claws out and fiercely fights when she feels threatened. We came in for a check up and vaccinations. The doctor was patient and gentle with my cat beyond belief. I’m so grateful for how carefully and efficiently she handled such a difficult patient. I was in awe watching the doctor manage a hissing ball of wrath and at the same time being mindful of not making the cat feel more vulnerable. This tiny pet clinic is far from fancy, but they do great work there with a lot of care and respect for the animals.
