Poulsbo Running is a small, locally owned business with excellent customer service. The staff is helpful and takes time to know customer needs without rushing them. The shop offers a good selection of trail and road shoes for running and walking, though the inventory can be limited. Staff help figure out the best shoes for comfort and stability and can order options not available in store. It is a great experience and a highly recommended part of the community.
Friendly but not a large inventory . I am size 10, and he had a limited supply of my size. No service like measuring my foot or checking width just what size do you were, and this is what I have.

The customer service is excellent!! They take time to know your needs. They don't make you feel rushed as you try on all kinds of shoes to find the right one. The selection is good. They'll also look up options they can order if what you want isn't available in the store.
