Friendly but not a large inventory . I am size 10, and he had a limited supply of my size. No service like measuring my foot or checking width just what size do you were, and this is what I have.

The customer service is excellent!! They take time to know your needs. They don't make you feel rushed as you try on all kinds of shoes to find the right one. The selection is good. They'll also look up options they can order if what you want isn't available in the store.

Service was very poor as was the selection. The salesman made no attempt to help me. He just dropped the shoes on the floor and stepped back didn't offer any help. I left there and went to REI where I got excellent help and purchased a good pair of shoes.

I have a hard time finding good fitting shoes, my feet are wide with low arches. I told the guy working my issues and he brought out a couple pairs to try. The first pair were wide enough but the arch seemed too high, but the second pair fit wonderfully. I’ve been running in them 5+ days a week for a few weeks now and haven’t had a single problem with my plantar fascia which is what was happening before. No need to play shoe roulette here, he looked at my feet and listened to my problems and knew what would work. In and out in 10 minutes, very happy with the help.

Badly needed a new pair of running shoes. The last pair was sad, very sad...got me through the Covid year and was ready to be retired. Checked in with Waze, headed out. Finally found the store, they moved down the road. Sadly their record/register system had been updated so didn't have my previous purchases BUT, the nice staff member gladly brought out several styles for me to try on. I found a pair I liked, purchased AND scored a cute lil window sticker!! Serious sports peeps need to get out to Poulsbo for a fresh pair of whatever!

Very helpful staff who obviously have a depth of knowledge regarding running related apparel and shoes. I was helped and fitted within ten minutes, which I appreciated. He didn’t try to sell just the most expensive shoe and gave good advice on fit.I asked about local group runs and he gave some great tips. I have some places to explore.They had a good looking selection of stuff and I imagine that most runners could find what they need here.

Just went in to buy a new pair of running shoes and received the most phenomenal customer service and expertise in a very long time. Had to answer a couple of questions and get my running style checked and was handed a box to try that was perfect the first time. Very fast and efficient and I will be back for any other running needs in the future. Thank you.
