My family has had Kaiser for years and normally I would say they are great and would totally recommend them. Now I am beginning to change my mind. My mom has been in major pain for the last two months and they don't know why. Her pain has been debilitating and I have asked them to admit her to find out why she's in this much pain and they just keep giving her pain meds and tests that show nothing and take weeks to schedule. Meanwhile my vibrant, energetic mom has been in bed and depressed.

I injured my toe and needed it to be evaluated. As a first time patient I was quite pleased with my experience. Caitlin at the front desk was able to get me processed and seen before the rush. The medical staff and x-ray tech that treated me made my experience (minus the broken toe diagnosis) comfortable and pleasant. I will go back when I need to but hopefully no time soon! Thank you!

All my concerns were addressed today with my PCP @ Kaiser Permanente in Poulsbo. I'm thankful for the care always available, from reception to doctors & specialists. Thanx, all!

Dr. Erica Botai is so wonderful, she listens and trust to figure things out fully and carefully she takes every consideration of what I say and asks me what I think. She makes suggestions not demands… I think her name was Sandy but she was very nice also and it was a good visit. I must’ve picked a good day because radiology and laboratory were clear.!! Lol good job people❣️

The nurse, PA, pharmacist, and front desk help were knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. They treated me like an individual with respect and concern, instead of just another number. I will definitely return to this location.

My favorite place to go to Kaiser Permanente is the Poulsbo branch. Everyone and every time I've been there they have been so good to me. It's the best group of professionals.

I recently had the best experience with Hilary Walker, the clinic ARNP. She is very smart and thoughtful and practical. I may be a little biased about this clinic, but I have received care at many other clinics and none compare—from the front desk staff to ancillary staff to the nursing staff—all are warm and welcoming. I will not go anywhere else for my primary care needs!
