You asked for it. Most people, especially in today's economy can not afford to pay the lump sum every six months. If they can, they are penitalzed by not being able to get the automatic payment discount. Then you turn around and charge $1.50 installment fee for paying monthly. When will a company actually do right by their customers and not try to nickel and dime them?

Randi, Janine and everyone at this office are so helpful. And the rates are competitive. I most recently was comparing RV insurance. I checked with some of the online companies and still got a better deal at Allstate.

Randi and her associates are fantastic when it comes to helping out their policy holders. I have had nothing but great customer service when needed. They are very responsive to all my requests. I have heard back from them within 48 hours, usually sooner. They are worth checking out. I highly recommend this agency for all their insurance needs.

When they are writing your policy you get first class treatment. HOWEVER, once they have you they won’t answer the phone, when they do they are rude, and customer service is poor. I called to cancel my policy when I found substantially cheaper insurance elsewhere and was told by the agent she hoped she could keep her job. Then hung up on me. So disrespectful. Poor service.
