“We are from out of town we had to stop in the UPS store in bainbridge island (Store1265) let me tell you Tiffany and Sadrian are awesome! Sadrian took his time with my mom in helping her make copy’s and printing. She needed labels printed and sent a word document to the store and he was able to converted into the format to work with the label paper. We were the only ones in there as we had a lot of paper to sort and put an envelopes and send off they were very nice and respectful. Great conversation and Sadrian was super nice to my kids. Since traveling here to Washington we haven’t meet very nice people and these two (Tiffany and Sadrian) have changed our feelings on that.”

“Went in for a passport photo on a Sunday. The young woman working was alone in the store … she multi tasked and handled multiple customers better than anyone I’ve seen in soooooo long. I became the most patient person when in reality I’m not, because she exhibited qualities you don’t normally see. Hats off to the normal Sunday employee, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name you deserve stellar recognition. Thank you for showing myself and others that great customer service is still a possibility these days. She deserves. A raise especially being a young mom!!”
