If you want to be treated like a third class citizen, go in the store and place your order. And wait. And wait. And wait some more, without acknowledgement of the delay or an apology. Those with pick-up orders placed through the mobile app are treated slightly better but not much. It's clear this store prioritizes its drive-thru customers because you can clearly see cars zipping in and out while you wait like an idiot inside. This is the second time in a row I have had this experience at the Poulsbo/Hostmark location. Lesson learned!

3 stars because it took 30 minuets for me to get a water. all the drinks are pretty good tho and its a good place to go after school if you go to the middle or high

The baristas at this location are truly incredible humans, and they make great coffee! Noah, Adam, Mikey, Clarissa and Ari, are the reason I've made this Starbucks my go-to coffee drive-thru.

All though the coffee is brewed fresh at this location, there is no service counter to make your own coffee. When I asked for cream and sugar, I was looked at like I should have known to tell them. I also noticed even if I did, the cream and sugar comes from a carafe so it would always be inconsistent anyway so back to my usual coffee shop I go.

So I’m only giving it a two star because of the customers. I come here in the morning because of work but the customers are so very entitled and rude. I’m not sure what city poulsbo is I thought a nice one but boy are these people entitled to their coffee. The staff are super sweet and feel really bad for them.

I walked in for coffee and breakfast, and walked out with nothing after repeating my order three times and being asked fourth time what I wanted for food, and being served the smallest coffee when I asked for the largest coffee. I was charged $25 and after that bumbling incompetence I just walked out. I went to McDonald’s where I ordered two sausage and egg biscuits and their largest coffee with cream for $15, and I was out in a flash. Starbucks, I will not be back.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever gone in. The service is slow and sloppy, especially from one who should be fired, the way he treats the customers. The server is a skinny tall curly haired young man who has a very bad attitude and acts as if he is too good to wait on you. The drinks are also subpar compared other Starbucks also. This particular location needs to be shut down...
