I was impressed by the level of service at this little T-Mobile store in Poulsbo. Traci & her colleague were friendly, efficient. Frankly the best experience I've had at a cellphone store ! If you're thinking of switching to TMO, it's a good time to do it. I'm already very happy with the extras like free Apple TV & free Netflix!

Not ever returning to this store. Was given a credit by T mobile after my visit here. I spent 45 minutes waiting while they looked up reasons why not to take my warranty exchange because of a needle size color spot on my screen. Only to be told by customer care they should of taken it due to my phone being a flip the issues I am having are known by Samsung and T mobile and are covered by insurance I pay for monthly under warranty not damages. I had already been told by the tech department that these screens issues happen when filing the claim. The color spot wasn't there until after the claim was filed but the black spot on the side was all caused by overheating not physical damage.

I was trying to live with a 2017 phone that wasn't remotely ready for a 5G world. I will avoid buying a new phone until my current one is almost a doorstop and I was close to this phenomenon a few days ago. I remember the days when I had to have the latest phone because of...who knows why... manipulative marketing, addiction, a combo plate?I have been with T-Mobile for around 10 years and am not necessarily a loyal customer, if the service doesn't meet my requirements, I would change in a heartbeat; however, when I do my annual assessment of my various paid services, T-Mobile Cell and now Internet is one of those that wins every year, so far.My new phone experience 2 days ago, hasn't changed my opinion at all, though when I went to Costco (another go-to service for me), the worker was busy with a customer and took my name and number to contact me while I shopped, until they were ready. I did my monthly shopping which took over an hour, drove home, put all my groceries away (another hour), and then got a phone call that they were ready for me. LolThe next day I went up to the Olhava T-Mobile Store and what a huge difference! I had a good time getting a new phone (that has NEVER happened in the past). What a great crew they have in that store. The young man who worked with me was relatively new and his co-workers were effortlessly helping him, and therefore I got everything done promptly, with respect, and patience. They helped him seek out the very best plans, saved me some money, actually a lot of money for what I ended up getting, and everything I was sold is what I will use consistently. They demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, customer service skills, and product knowledge. They deserve recognition for their efforts!!

A staff member lied to me about returning a phone. He said there is a 2 week cut-off on returns and said I missed it by a day. I checked my receipts and and found he lied about when I purchased the phone. If you can use a different store, do so. This is a franchise store and not to be trusted!

The team at T-Mobile here in poulsbo really went above and beyond. By bundling home internet, cell and work lines they saved me over $100 per month I didn’t realize I was overpaying for. Thank you Hannah, Andrew, Jules and Jake! Great experience in the store. Keep up the good work guys

This location really goes all in on customer service. Stopped by to add a line to the family account. When we realized the settings in the account needed some adjustment the amazing Fabiola spent the time it took to get it right. No pressure, no hurry, just calm, professional help.
