U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is a reliable moving truck rental service that offers great staff and typical U-Haul equipment. Customers can rent a large moving truck in as little as 5 minutes, with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. The staff is described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, going the extra mile to assist customers, even during challenging situations. However, some customers have experienced frustrations with the service, such as last-minute changes to their pickup location and a lack of fleet management, which can impact the overall customer experience. Despite these challenges, the majority of reviews praise the convenience of the location and the overall quality of the rental experience.
Jerry, Michelle, and all the other employees were super helpful and kind. I felt cared for as a person, not just a customer. They are a blessing to anyone who uses this location.

I rented a trailer to do a Costco & Dump run. I booked online. Showed up and check out went smoothly. Pickup and checks on the trailer went well. Drop off went even faster. I did this midweek. If I need to rent I will do it from this location. Do note there is no after hours drop off as their location is fenced/gated.
