“You never want to see your vet often. The goal is 1-2 times a year for checkups and a pat on the back. Unfortunately we got to know the staff at Poulsbo Animal Clinic Very Well when our kitten became terribly ill. The entire staff was so warm and comforting throughout the process. They kept us informed and worked with us trying absolutely every possible avenue to save our kitten. We'll never stop being grateful.Highly recommend. Hopefully you won't have a reason to get to know them as well as we do. But if the worst happens, you'll be glad you're there.”

“We said goodbye to our Sophie girl today. Dr. Larson helped to make it the most peaceful, respectful, and loving experience I think saying goodbye to a loving member of the family could possibly be. Professional, compassionate, and patient. It’s like he had known us and Sophie all along and had always been there. We will forever be grateful for how he made us and Sophie feel during our final moments together on this earth ❤️”

“The PAC is the best place to take your animals. In addition to the PAC staff giving our dogs great care over the years, they took our dog in for a semi-emergent procedure. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Craig Adams and staff. Waylon is home recovering and I know with his surgery he got the best care and most importantly, cuddles! These people truly care about your animals and will do their very best to help them.”

“Lovely group of folks to deal with! My kittens were a bit scared, but did fine. They were handled really gently. The vaccine schedule was clear, and I know the costs involved.”

“We love Clifton Hollow Animal Hospital! Both Dr.Josh Kinder & Dr.Sherri Kinder have been absolutely incredible with our pups. They take their time, explain our options, and genuinely care for our dogs. We have one dog who seems to have a myriad of reasons for visits to the vet and struggles with anxiety. She is always comfortable and calm when coming here which definitely makes us feel better about the experience overall. They go out of their way to provide the necessary information and more so that we can make informed decisions for our pups. We trust them completely and always recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. They provide very detailed estimates prior to any service so that we can get an accurate cost before moving forward with treatments of any kind. There’s nobody else we would take our girls to, thank you Clifton Hollow for going above and beyond and caring so deeply!”

“I have a skittish, anxious cat who hisses, takes her claws out and fiercely fights when she feels threatened. We came in for a check up and vaccinations. The doctor was patient and gentle with my cat beyond belief. I’m so grateful for how carefully and efficiently she handled such a difficult patient. I was in awe watching the doctor manage a hissing ball of wrath and at the same time being mindful of not making the cat feel more vulnerable. This tiny pet clinic is far from fancy, but they do great work there with a lot of care and respect for the animals.”

“Dr Locke is an incredible Vet! Professional and educated along with caring and kind. Front office staff is knowlegeable, friendly and always going above and beyond. They greet me with smiles! Along with greetings to Sadie, my dog, calling her by name every time! Back office staff is perceptive, practiced, well organized and friendly. I wanted to give 5 stars but changes have happened. Prices have gone up, way up. Although I don't like it, the care and the experience is worth paying for. It was when I asked for a written perscription and charged $8.50 as a fee that I still cannot comprehend. The cost of an Rx pad went up, I was told. Still not able to comprehend this $8.50 fee. Central Valley Animal Hospital charges a high fee for it's appointments, medications etc... which in my opinion is worth it for the excellent care my dog is given. Absorbing $8.50 into overhead costs should have been a no brainer. "Good Will" goes a long way in keeping pet owners happy and returning for the care and people they are so satified with.Erin Decker”

“We have been going to Big Valley Vets for around 8 years. We have two Doxies. The staff treat the girls as if they were their dogs. Most important another vet told us one of our dogs had Mersa which would have come from their operating room, and there was nothing they could do for her.Dr. Watson big Valley Vets found an antibiotic they had not tried, she is Mersa Free. Above and beyond is how they roll. 10+ five stars. Highly recommend!! Karen Jennings”
