“We received excellent care for our emergency visit. We were unable to be seen by our regular doctor and were referred to VCA, from the start we were triaged and roomed quickly. The doctor was with us within 15 minutes. Dr Fletcher quickly assessed our dog, provided a treatment plan and everyone got to work. The staff were caring and competent. We were lucky we arrived during a lull, and our experience reflects that, however I would not hesitate to return.”
