Rude! Rude! Rude! And wrong!!! I was treated so poorly by the pharm tech, who wasn’t even helping me! While this Karen was helping another customer, she decided she needed to interject and interrupt my conversation with the lovely pharmacist. I’m definitely got the message! Walmart isn’t interested in new customers!! I heard you loud and clear! I will never set foot in a Walmart again. Without going into details, she was 100% wrong with knowledge of my insurance. She never saw or knew what insurance I had. I say keep your misinformed opinion to yourself. Walmart, I’m sorry to learn that you want zero new business. You can rest assured my very educated crew will not ever be your customers.

Horrible horrible horrible!! I put script in at 2 pm. It's 4:20. I came at 1:30 but they close up totally for half hour lunch. I'm sitting here literally watching them fill all the scripts that came after me. They've said about 10 minutes many times. I'm really discusted. Slow as snails.

Very poor customer service. They make billing mistakes, offer no help to alleviate the issues, and try to make you pay more for your prescriptions.

I see bad reviews, I have never had a hard time in here. I get meds for my family, my mom and my pets. They are always nice and friendly to me. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly and even funny. I use good RX and they are always happy when they help me save money.

Today, 11/13/19, 5:30pm~ I was to pick up a scrip. Found out after the first allotted 15m that my doctor had not sent a quantity. So they said they had faxed them.My doctor never got the fax, I called him after another 15m.My doctors office called them to give them the quantity after I CALLED to confirm.15m goes by, huh, I know they called, called my doctors office again, confirmed they indeed called and gave quantity.Approached the counter, "oh, hey yeah, it's like 300.""That's fine, I'll pay it.""We have generics for money savings""Fine, do that."I'm sitting here at a grand total of 2 hours, did all the legwork, was forgotten multiple times, in excruciating pain, on a hard bench.To add to it, I'm now hungry, have to use the restroom, (they're out of order atm.) Still in pain, watching numerous scrips get filled in front of mine. I think I've counted about 25.How is it, I'm doing your job, AND YOU STILL TAKE 2 HOURS?This is the most egregious piss poor example of customer service I have ever received at a walmart pharmacy.The Pharmacist himself, was prompt, professional, and friendly. Even went so far as to apologize for his fellow employees negligence.

Excellent customer service. I recently moved from out of state, and needed a prescription. Lisa at the Poulsbo WalMart Pharmacy helped me figure out how to set up a customer profile, get the Rx faxed in, and sign up for the best discount program. I will be back to this pharmacy. The cashier who helped me on pickup and the pharmacist who gave me a consultation were also top notch. I didn't catch their names though, A+ to Lisa and A to the other staff who helped me out. Keep up the good work.

I'm not one to usually complain. I've worked in customer service for many years and I understand how some things are out of your control. But I'm less tolerable when my daily medications are constantly out of stock. I take several medications everyday for a condition. 3 or 4 times I have requested a refill through the app and hours later it comes back that it is unavailable. If it does get refilled, the pick up times are always off. I've waited in store for 45 minutes after being told my prescriptions were ready. I can always count on something going wrong when visiting this pharmacy. I've never experienced something like this, and I've been taking these prescription all my life. 2 of the ladies there are outstanding, though. They explained and guided me through an issue with my insurance and gave me a number to contact. Fantastic customer service and just really sweet. They would honestly be a huge reason to stay if it weren't for the issues of getting my medicine refilled.

Convenient location but never had a smooth transaction here. Always crowded and bumbling. Waiting an extra half hour right now, even after calling to confirm. So done. Gonna use Central Market from now on.
