I’ve used First Due Moving several times now, and each experience has been outstanding. The team is always professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They consistently go above and beyond, making what could be a stressful process feel seamless.
During one move, a travertine piece was accidentally damaged in transit, and Cody went above and beyond to make it right, truly exceptional customer service. That kind of care and accountability is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue working with them. Highly recommend.

I expected a higher level of competency from these guys. They were overall friendly and I absolutely appreciated the honesty when things got broken on accident, which happens every move.
However, in the end, they are good at taking boxes in and out of a truck.
With a few experienced lead workers, they are more muscle and require more supervision sometimes. I found the way they put fragile antiques with garden tools unprotected appalling. They broke a few items which happens in a move, but opening the boxes with fragile things on the bottom getting crushed, it felt like they were deliberately doing things in a way that doesn't make sense. They put boxes in places that didn't make sense like kitchen boxes in a bedroom.
You can definitely trust these guys to come, show up on time, heft boxes, but the extra touches they claim to do were not real evident, and their packing service was not as good as the cross state Allied people we used before. They even dumped off cardboard of theirs in my garage at the end. This is why I gave them 3 stars for both the positive and the negatives of packing, moving two locations. I was also concerned about the lack of communication and disregard for the notes from the sales staff to the moving crews. I had to brief them on everything I already told the sales guy. Price wise, it was about $10k per move whether it be a 1k ft home vs a 2.5k ft home.
Advice: pack yourself, organize the boxes clearly labeled where they go, have people on hand to direct them where to go and logistics, and your move with them will be super smoothe. Also put sensitive things you don't want handled and things you need right away in places you can find, otherwise it may be awhile before you find stuff. I didn't have anything but a pair of slippers for days.

I can't say enough about the great experience we had with First Due Movers. Most places we called just did an estimate over the phone based on the size/number of rooms in our house and looking back the estimates would have been way off. First Due came onsite to do a full inventory looking at everything. On move day they were on time, the group were so engaging and spent time ensuring our items were taken care of. They communicated greatly and placed everything where we wanted. We haven't moved in 20 years and they made the process better than we could have expected. Highly recommend them for any move!

Pre-move communication was exceptional. Day of experience was awesome as well. Great team of guys that got the job done while being courteous, professional and super careful to not damage our belongings or the move out/in houses! Highly recommend!

We recently hired First Due Movers to move 3 people from a 3 level townhouse in Duvall to a 2nd level apartment home and it is an understatement to report that we were very pleased. Our team of Jake, Patrick and Nate were truly amazing, and on top of that just plain great guys. We watched in awe marveling at their efficiency, speed, unflagging energy and professionalism. It was a challenging move with a lot of stairs on both ends. I was impressed with all the equipment First Due provides to allow them to do the job faster than I would have believed, and nothing was damaged. I haven't had movers of this caliber since 2007 when I moved from Maple Valley to Seattle. Thank you First Due for sending this great team to help us out. They truly go above and beyond.

I would definitely recommend this company for moving your household. They were very thorough with their communication about time and price. The moving teams were very efficient, considerate and friendly. The move seemed effortless for us, and they provide quite the show with their careful wrapping of furniture and valuables. I would use them again if the need arises.

This was not my family's first time using First Due Movers; we've been using them since 2017. This was another top notch, high-quality move from First Due. Everything is spot on, communication, professionalism, and most of all, the utmost care and concern for packing and delivering our belongings safely and efficiently. Our final bill came in under the original quote, which allowed us to give the team a bigger tip. We will always recommend First Due Movers.

The two guys who moved me from Ellensburg to Bellevue were terrific. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They were great about letting me know they were behind schedule because of road maintenance. The move was completelsatisfactory and I was very pleased with these two young men.
