It’s pretty dirty and it can get pretty full but the kids don’t mind they will have their fun regardless.

We spent 2 hours at Kidz Bounce this morning. I think because it was the first day of Christmas break there were more children there than normal. I think it primarily serves young children. My five-year-old was able to get around but he was close to the top of the age that would be appropriate. But I was told that in the morning there are more preschoolers and then they go home and take a nap. So that might not be the case in the later part of the morning.

We had a party for my daughter at Kidz Bounce. I found the online process of booking very straight-forward and easy. They were responsive by email when I had questions. Tableware and some decorations were included. The party was booked for a one hour bounce session and 1/2 hr in the party room. When we arrived our host Shamere greeted us warmly. We had about 15 minutes to set up and had access to the room the entire time as the kids played in the bounce area. We were given a cart to easily transport our party items and food. The kids all had a blast and were happy and exhausted after the hour of bouncing. Shamere ran the party perfectly, checking in on us, providing us everything we needed, and moving us to the next stage of the party when it was time. I really can’t say enough about how great she was at taking care of us during the party, and she was so sweet with my daughter and the other kids.I would definitely book with Kidz Bounce again and highly recommend.

I went with my daughter at 11am on a Tuesday. It should have been open, according to their website. There were a bunch of disappointed kids standing outside wondering why it was closed. If staff calls out sick or doesn't show, the owner needs to come in. Or at the very least, put a sign on the door explaining what time they will be open. It was very frustrating to make the drive out there for nothing and my kiddo was crushed since we'd been hyping it up for a week. We were planning on booking an upcoming birthday party there but have changed our minds since they are not reliable.

Horrendous Experience: Booked my daughter's birthday party at Kidz Bounce with a confirmed date. Two weeks before the event, manager Shimere called to say they couldn't keep the date due to a "system error." Her rude attitude and lack of apology were shocking. We had to inform all the guests again, causing immense inconvenience. NEVER GOING BACK! AVOID Kidz Bounce for unprofessionalism and terrible customer service.

Great place for parties!! Kids all had so much fun and the staff made it so easy for us. They helped set everything up and packed up our stuff at the end. We also had no clean up, they did ut all.

Ridiculous this place is only open to the public on week days and birthday parties only on the weekends. So they only want your business once a year?

I took my daughter for Open Play last Thursday night (3/24), and invited a couple of mama friends to come along and bring their kids. We arrived a few minutes before 5pm and the door was locked. No problem we're early. Time passed, more and more people arrived, the business never opened. We stood in the cold with antsy kids for 15-20 minutes hoping that someone was just running late. There was no message on the door, there was no message on their answering machine when we called, there was no message on their Facebook page. Finally we gave up and went home. My kiddo was sooooo upset. I called the next day to find out what the heck happened. I spoke with Chloe the supervisor. She was a doll. Super apologetic, and said she'd get me in touch with the manager. Manager called me back within a couple of hours, terrific! This is where things went south. She was definitely apologetic, explained that the person who was supposed to open had an emergency, but then said next time, especially if I planned to invite a group (two other moms in my case), that I should really call to make sure they're open. WTH?! How is it my fault?? I explained to her I called the day before to check on a few things, like whether they allowed snacks, and mentioned at that time that I would be there Thursday evening, and no one mentioned anything. How could they if it was an actual emergency? They wouldn't know that the day before. My only point in contacting her was to say they should have a way to notify folks (even a brief post on FB would have sufficed). Presumably someone was notified of the emergency, but instead the blame was placed on me. I was floored.

Great place for kids birthdays. There's a smaller gathering room adjacent to the play area (with an inflatable birthday throne), for cake and food, they also provide knife to cut cake. Located off I-90 in an office park. The big play area could use some more decorations and/or ceiling tiles.

We had a really bad experience. The staff was not at all helpful and allowed multiple families to play during our playtime. Further, the staff was rarely in the party room when help was needed. Probably new management post covid. Avoid this place at all cost

Makes for an easy and fun birthday party spot! We also just went to a drop in and thought the value was great. $12 per kid for 1.5 hours. Kids under 2 with sibling are free. My 3,5 and 1 year old all had a blast. I appreciate the ride on toys for the younger kids. The ball blast thing is super fun too. Everything felt clean.

This place is awesome for energetic kids! I brought my son here for their drop in, and he had a fantastic time. Some parts do smell like feet, and they could do a better job with clean up (there seems to be no maintenance done during the four hour period), but those are small issues in exchange for a tired and happy kid. There is what is essentially a fetch machine which allows kids to put plastic balls in, and shoots the balls far away so the kids have to go run to retrieve them—genius. Staff is very warm and welcoming too.
