I just want to say thank you to the crew at Armstrong Automotive for showing genuine care and concern for me and my long trip I just took. I was passing through Prosser on my way to Alaska and started hearing strange sounds coming from my Jeep so I was fortunate to find this shop and within 15 min they had it up on the hoist checking everything plus fluids. It’s an older jeep so I was worried it wasn’t going to make it to my destination. However they reassured me everything was good to go and there was nothing of concern ..I am grateful to the staff for that reassurance and yes I finally made it to Alaska with no issues. I was making a 4-hour track back to the Seattle area when my check engine light and battery light started flashing. Thankfully, Armstrong automotive was able to take a look at my car and solve the problem. I never would have made it across the mountains if it wasn't for them. They were kind enough to stay open later to fix my car and get me back on the road. Without their kindness I would have been stranded in Prosser for the night. The workers were so amazing and helpful. I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise. It is true that not all heroes wear capes Thank you so much!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My vehicle had a failed seal on the automatic transmission, and I was educated by the Armstrong group to put more fluid in and by golly it held it I put in a sealant fluid and drove 500 miles without slipping.

I experienced a harrowing episode of brake failure on my drive home to Canada, due to my own negligence. These guys saved my arse and professionally replaced my brakes in record time. I was back on the road in no time at all. I had a safe journey home and all thanks to their willingness to take me on as a customer immediately and give me a true diagnosis.
