“Terrible experience with the scale, but I want to be fair. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SCALE. Their scale works, but it showed a completely different weight from the actual weight.
Before coming here, make sure you get your empty weight at a certified scale, because there are no CAT Scales nearby.
Because their scale gave me the wrong weight, I ended up having to drive an extra 100 miles to get an accurate weight and then come all the way back. I wasted around 6 hours dealing with this just so they could unload part of the freight and correct the weight.
That being said, the employees here are very polite, professional, and helpful. They work fast and know exactly what they’re doing. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff.
The employees are the only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars. Fix the scale and this would be a great place for drivers.
Drivers: weigh your truck before you come here and do not rely on their scale.”
