Has an appointment to get my rotors turned on my car took it in for my 8:00 am appointment hadn’t heard anything from them by 1:00, phones them and they tell me they hadn’t even worked on it yet they have to deal with grandview because they have the machine.
Should have told me that from the start.
Next take my car took the duportail les Schwab.
Should have called me!!!!!

Horrible experience. I took my car for alignment, they recommended to get a change of some parts in the car (rack and pinion) in order to have it done right, I said yes and also got new tires, they don't know what they're doing, when I got there to get my car back the steering wheel was twisted and they said that the parts arrived wrong, when tried to drive it home, the gear was making noises and not speeding. I took it again to the shop they said will fix it, they didn't call or nothing. Had it back the next day and the gear is still bad and my car is all messed up. Please DO NOT do any business here unless you have a flat tire in town. If you take your car and they recommend any extras DO NOT listen to them. The personnel that works here don't know what they're doing.

It was good customer service and the people were nice. They had complimentary wifi and popcorn, so that was good. They even had a ton of magazines catered towards the locals.

Very Disappointing This Location Hires Guys Who Make Deadly Threats, Have Criminal History , & Have Put Hands on Women, His Name Is Marcus Martin. They Also Hire Guys With Gang Face Tatoos & Aggressive Behavior Towards Customers & His Name is Steve With The Nose Piercings.
On Sat. 7/20/24 Mid to Late Morning(for Camera Footage) i stopped by to get some air in my tires, and as I’m reversing out the bay Marcus walks out from the back garage & stands in front of the bay ,hands in his pocket staring / watching me reverse as if to taunt me, so Knowing that he’s told people to tell me that he will have me taken care of or SHOOT me. I parked my car to confront him about his threats, Then Steve With The Gang Face Tatoos Aggressively approaches my car & yelling at me to leave. I asked Steve to get the manager & once again yelling & telling me the manager is inside. I end up leaving and call the store on Monday to speaks with the manager of the store to give my complaint and explain that I Nor Any of my family wants to show up to our hometown Les Schwab and get service by these types of guys. I Spoke to someone named Jose who said he was the store manager & explained everything, which he said he would call me back & never did.And now the next day im driving past the store on my way home and still see those guys working. So I no longer care for Jose to call me back since his word is not valid & as a manager that’s horrible, Also explains the very LOW 4 stars reviews for this Prosser Location. I will just take this to corporate & tell EVERYONE I Know since I grew up in this town and am very respected by my community & am very well known in all the positive & Helpful ways. I have plenty of proof to back up what I’m saying which I will post pics of.

Worst place to get anything done. Terrible service and do not have any accountability about there work. Step kid got tire fixed here and got home, next morning tire flat again with same nail that was in is when taken there. Terrible workers, terrible service. Only thing is great excuses.

Nail in the tire caused us to keep losing air pressure in the tire. We took it to a different place, but got nothing but air put in (and charged for it). Came to this Les Schwab and we were quickly given assistance that resulted in actual repair to the tire. If we could, we would give 50 star review for how we were treated (on vacation, road tripping, so extra desperate for the amazing help we received).
