I've always had a good experience whenever I go in to the Prosser branch. Melissa is especially knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and USBank is the best of the big banks and has many locations locally. In many years doing business with them, I've never been dissatisfied.

I always come to this bank to use their outdoor ATM. And last night one of my biggest fear happened at the ATM! ? I went to get money for my rent and the ATM did not even dispense me my money but sure took cash from my account. 760 was not given to me for my rent I CANNOT stress this enough! During this times of stress in this pandemic this was the last thing I needed happening to me last night. I could not sleep with the stress and worries this ATM!! I did file a dispute with my card holder but still doesn't change the fact that now im being told it will take 20 business days to show in my account ?? COME ON US BANK I LOVE Y'ALL but this cannot be happening to me right now I need to pay my rent! I cannot wait (20business days) that is to long to be waiting to pay my rent!! Now I'm here left writing a review at 8:43 in the morning waiting for the bank to open so I can speak to somebody

This is by far, the most unfriendly US bank I have ever banked with. I work 24/7 and my time away from work is short. When I went to use the ATM Friday night and it wasn't working, I went to use the drive through lanes. A teller Rosa had them blocked off because they were closing. I asked if there way to please let me in because the ATM was down and I would have made it if I hadn't stopped there first. I was the only car there besides the ones already in the cones. Her short and rude response was.. yeah our ATM is down, and no we can't let you into the line. No apology for me not making it in or for the ATM being down ( even though I realized it isn't her fault) a good customer service representative should at the least offer an apology for the trouble experienced. Not be short, rude, and snippy. I don't think my 3 min deposit would have delayed them that much. But I guess so. It seems unprofessional to deny anyone to deposit money even if it delays your closing time by a few minutes and from personal experience I know it can be done. I would maybe understand if I had asked to do a wire transfer... But this was a simple deposit and I had all the information needed out with me.
