I needed to return a product that didn't work for me. The return required a tracking number, order number and address. USPS was able to provide all of the information, however, it ain't cheap!

Carrier issues. My mail/packages have been delivered to the wrong person (with my correct address on them) over 6 times now. 2- I've never received and 4 -people have luckily brought to me. Also, they stuff our box so full, you cannot get the key mechanism to unlock it. Reported it all several times, no change.

Very friendly staff. They, as all offices are short staffed and busy, but they do thier best. Great small town Post Office.

I dont use the prosser post office i go to benton city where they know what customer service is. Would b nice if they would answer their phone but i guess if u dont then u dont have any problems. This post office will never change as it has been the worst post office for the 20+ years i have lived here. My husband is retired navy and we have been stationed all up and down the west coast and have much better service everywhere but prosser. And never had a problem in calling a post office but prosser doesnt answer their i have been calling since 3pm yesterday till 5pm and then again this morning. I hope their is no pay raise in their future

I was suppose to have a monitor delivered on Saturday. I have never had issues with packages (large packages that is) being left at my door. I go to check my Amazon to see they attempted to deliver my package at around10:30am and mark it as my mailbox was full and that they would attempt to drop it off later. First of all... It's a MONITOR for a computer of course it's not going to fit in my mailbox. The Idiocracy... And second, lol though it doesn't matter my mailbox had only 1 thing in it which was a chucker cherries holiday catalog. Get real.

The postmaster is rude and disgusting. Refuses to deliver packages to elderly disabled person because of her small dog. Been getting good service till he had to make deliveries. Awful awful man

This has too be the WORST post office in the state! Apparently our porch decorations make this mail carrier “fear for her life” and now deemed our Mail undeliverable… after discussing issues with Will he too agreed they were NOT a threat and gave me his word our Mail would continue, just for him too change his mind 4 days later. Is our Costco laughing pumpkin THAT SCARY ?? It’s just sad lawyers have too get involved… when did being a man of your word turn into a thing of the past …

Horrible, mail often is delivered open or not at all. They keep giving me my neighbors mail and some has been private correspondence with medical facilities. I talked to a Rep once and he was indifferent as well.

We constantly have packages missing or delivered to other addresses. Or things coming broken. We have video of delivery people show up on our Ring camera literally throwing the packages. And it's nearly impossible to actually reach a person at the post office when there's an issue.
