“The location is nice & super close to campus, coug housing gave us an apartment that smelt gross but was accommodating enough to give us a remolded apartment and a month free. But overall, it kinda sucks how its a $500 fee to sublease your apartment, especially for those who won’t stay for the summer.”
“I lived at 215 NW Tingley st apt C for around 3 years. Had a lot of memories in that apartment. Overall, they are good at fixing broken appliances, well priced, and are forgiving on security deposits, which is a rarity in Pullman.”
“My roommates and I renewed our lease with no regrets. The Grove is great! Many amenities, and utilities are mostly included. Some of our favorite things about this place are the pool and the free coffee. The staff are friendly and the price is pretty fair. I cannot recommend it enough. :)”
