“The location is nice & super close to campus, coug housing gave us an apartment that smelt gross but was accommodating enough to give us a remolded apartment and a month free. But overall, it kinda sucks how its a $500 fee to sublease your apartment, especially for those who won’t stay for the summer.”
“I lived at 215 NW Tingley st apt C for around 3 years. Had a lot of memories in that apartment. Overall, they are good at fixing broken appliances, well priced, and are forgiving on security deposits, which is a rarity in Pullman.”
“i have been living here for 3 years now and would recommend signing with them if you are interested in looking for an apartment near campus. their maintenance may take a while sometimes when they get flooded with maintenance requests. but overall, a pretty good first apartment experience and they host multiple fun events and have good amenities.”
