I took my mac book in after i spilled coffee on it to get it cleaned and fixed up. Luckily there wasn't any major damage from the drink and I didn't need any replacements. I got it back with coffee all over the screen and had keys so sticky they were unusable. I don't know what I paid for. It seems like the guy just flipped my laptop upside down to let the coffee drip out of the keys and called it good.

I called them a week ago to make an appointment and they didn’t bother to call back, leave a voicemail, or text. Nothing. If they are busy they should tell you so that you know how long you have to wait or move onto something else. You’d think they would be better about this if this is the only way to get an appointment is to call their voice machine. Mind blowing how bad their service is. Very disappointed!

Lazy dude. I went with a laptop fan problem, and he was telling me , he needs 200 dollars just to open the laptop. I solve the same problem with 30 bucks in another store. Don’t waste your time going to this guy. His demeanor is also very poor. I wish I can give negative star.

A great place to repair electronics, or buy old style games.
Definitely return if time comes and thank you as well, definitely worth bringing my husband's cell phone in.

I went here for a PC build gone wrong, and things went great. I got a lot of helpful information, and when the issue turned out to be minor, they were honest and fair and only sold me what I needed. This is going to be my go to PC build, upgrade, and repair place from here on out.

Went in for a bad charging port and possibly a bad battery. Expected to have to either get the battery replaced or get a new phone. Instead he cleaned the charging port and told me to wait on the battery to see if the phone would hold a charge better now that the port was clean. A week later my battery holds a charge much better, and I only had to spend 20 bucks for the cleaning instead of over a hundred for a battery.
Knowledgeable about his work and wants to save his customers from unnecessary expenses. If I ever need help with my phone again, I'll be coming back here for sure!

Brian stopped what he was doing when I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and took time to look my computer over to try to identify the problem. He was able to determine generally what the problem was, which gave me info I needed to decide on next steps. He was friendly and good natured and I would say highly oriented to providing excellent customer service.

Not a good placeEdit: apparently because my review was posted before they were “open” the owner claims I’m a bot. “Typically” how reviews work is people can review something when they want. Imagine that. Had service there, it was bad.
