Front bumper color didn't match after they replace my bumper plus improperly installed the bumper. They don't even put the clip back in and the fitment is so terrible they way how they put it.

They replace my front mount license plate bracket with cheap one and now I am struggling to adjust it. My previous license plate is branded one and it has nothing wrong with it, so it is fishy and I cannot trust them. Maybe they take mine and replace with cheap unbranded one!

To start with don’t use Pullman Towing. You can see my review of them on their webpage. Now for the good stuff. Called Auto Body for a tow. They came out to where we were in under 15 minutes on a Friday evening. We thought the alternator was bad, but Ethan who’s amazing, quickly figured out one of the terminal connectors on the battery was loose. We probably should have checked that, but it had already been a stressful day. 15 minutes later we were good to go and happily paid the service fee which was well under $100.00

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed auto body work after a parking lot mishap and brought my vehicle here. Smoothest, friendliest and professional service ever! I pray this never happens to me again but if it does I know I'm in good hands...

This review is hard to write. I want people to be aware of what to expect when using this shop. You can absolutely expect great work to be done on your vehicle. For reference, my truck's paint was damaged by the sun, and probably some bad waxing by me, and ABSC, across two visits about a year apart, repaired and repainted almost every panel on it. It essentially looks brand new.
The part you can also expect is to receive little-to-no customer service, and for your (quality) work to take twice as long as they tell you it will. On both occasions I used ABSC (again, a year apart, so it wasn't just bad luck) I was given time estimates. Both times, I contacted them when the estimated time was up and was told, only then, when trying to arrange a ride literally that day, that the work on my truck was going to take longer. Twice the estimated time, in fact.
I don't know if this is a problem with the estimate given being too optimistic or the folks working in the shop not meeting deadlines and falling behind, being short-staffed, or what. Mistakes happen. I understand. I've worked in customer service my whole life and it was rarely my fault when something didn't work out for a client. All I know is that I was never told there was any sort of issue or delay. Ever. Nobody ever called me to say, "Hey, this is going to take a little bit longer and I'm really sorry."
The second visit I was told the work would take two weeks, and after two weeks I called them wondering when a good pick-up time was and they said "looks like it will be another two weeks." So that means they were just babysitting my truck while I paid for cabs and bummed rides off friends and family.
If you can be without transportation for a month, or pay for a month of cabs, or aren't bothered by annoying your friends and family for rides to-and-from work, then by all means use ABSC. The body work is good. But you should absolutely figure this hidden expense in to your budget. When I brought these concerns to them, they were apologetic, and happily charged me full price.
As I mentioned, the work done on my truck is great, it just took an eternity and there was never any communication, good or bad. I made every call. I sent every email. Only then was I told the bad news that should have been delivered weeks prior.

This shop replaced my windshield that needed a little extra work beyond a basic install. I'm really happy with the experience. Everyone was friendly and the work they did turned out great. Exceptional service, thank you.
