Very personal, great service and price ridiculously less than others for the same issues they were over 250 dollars less for the same repair point s was going to fix and gave me a free loaner vehicle until it was done - highly recommend going there!

The Hive mounted and balanced two new tires. The representatives were helpful and friendly. Service was reasonably prompt. Cost was reasonable.

I paid for a full diagnostic to determine the issue I was having with my truck. It was determined that my fuel pump was bad. I paid for my fuel pump to be replaced. After picking up my truck I was told there was an issue with my fuel gauge, an issue I did not have before. After speaking with other professionals, I was told the issue is most likely a faulty fuel pump. When I contacted The Hive, I was told I could pay for another diagnostic to confirm the issue. I was extremely disappointed with this response as the issue could most likely be the fuel pump they put in. Instead of ensuring the quality of their service, I was expect to pay for it.

Don’t go here…. They quoted me three separate times now replacement water pump replacement, torque converter, etc. well over $6000 went across the street to electrical specialist and they quoted me a $10 hose!! Do not go here they delete bad posts and reviews

Such a great experience for a costly repair lol. Saban (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was pure awesomeness! Everyone was wonderful and even offered to drive me home because I can't see at night. I felt appreciated and cared for as a customer! I can't recommend the Hive enough. Will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks guys!!

These guys are scammers. Last year I asked for an oil change and they claimed my suspension ball joint needed to be removed and replaced costing about $900. As a woman, I felt like I was being tricked so I waited and got it looked at by Les Schwab when I noticed issues. They said nothing was wrong with the ball and I had my alignment fixed for only $120. The hive is a bunch of money hungry liars who prey on women who they think have no knowledge about their own vehicles. Disgusting business

Terrific business, they have done excellent work and really went out of their way to take care of my daughter's car and problems. We brought her car in for noisy brakes and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue that another shop had missed. These guys are the best, highly recommend.

I went to this place to fix an issue with my dashboard and to get an oil change. I understand that they weren't able to identify the issue, but after day four they finally decided look at the check engine light. On the following morning I called them and left a voicemail stating that I only wanted them to do an oil change and no other service, because I couldn't wait any longer without my car. They responded and told me okay and that they will let technician know. I get there in the afternoon and they only did the one service I called and told them not to do. I paid $120 didn't even get the service I wanted. On my bill it says I declined the service yet I was still charged for it.
I ended up receiving a call form the owner Rob. He admittedly tried to resolve the issue. He was understanding, and apologized for the miscommunication. He gave me a full refund, found out what was wrong with my car, gave me a free oil change, and gave me a loaner vehicle. You can tell he cares about his job and it's worth returning just to support his business.

I am only giving two stars because their Availability was very quick. I asked for a quote over the phone to have just two tires put on. I also informed them That I was running on a donut all the way from Pullman. They said they had to look at it before they could give me a proper quote. When I showed up at my appointment time, they didn’t bother looking at it included me in person for almost $100 just to put on tires without balancing or anything. I also already had the tires off of the car. That’s crazy. Thanks for making me drive on my donut and potentially cause more damage to my car without quoting me a reasonable price first.

the absolutely sweetest guys ever, chatted with me the whole time, joked with me, and listened to me. they did everything they could to fix the issue and gave me 3 mountain dews. i think josh, saban, and i are basically besties now. if i didnt live over 300 miles away I'd go to them for everything no matter how expensive. -kaylee

Was on my way to work from Spokane to Clarkston when suddenly skid plate fell half way off! Pulled into The Hive and they got me all fixed up in a matter of minutes so I could continue on my way. All I owed them was a handshake. So very grateful and thankful! Cheryl
