They have great & genuine customer service, quick, effective repairs, and are honest and reputable. Can't beat. I'll share my experiences with them below.I have worked with them several times between 2 different vehicles and several unique and different issues. They are honest. They have, more than once, told me they did not find anything wrong with a car instead of trying to swindle me into repairs I didn't need. Another local shop suggested almost 1000 dollars of work, to which I could verify myself that the vehicle did not need. The Hive didn't, and this is very appreciated. They are knowledgeable. I had a complicated problem and two other shops looked at it, and all had different opinions. The Hive was the only one who correctly diagnosed it and repaired it. It's too bad that I didn't bring it there first, because I paid a pretty penny to a different shop for something unneeded, and they didn't even drive it after the repair to see if the problem persisted (The Hive does). They are also reputable and easy to work with. After having a repair done with them, I had a small alignment error (steering wheel slightly off-center), and they fixed it quickly, on my time, without argument, and without fees. I had another shop that tried every excuse I could think of to get out of fixing something they did wrong.I believe this shop to very unique for their honesty and honor, and I have every intent to work with them going forward for my time in town. Thank you guys, its one of a kind. I hope they don't change.

I went in because I thought my wheel bearing went out. The mechanics here allowed me and my son to go into the bay and listen with them. I thought this was very transparent and honest. I truly appreciate that kind of honesty that I haven’t received at other mechanics.

Awesome people and great service! There was a miss understanding to to the service's I was to receive, in my fault, but they had me come back in a took care of the issue despite that fact. Even showed me a possible leak point (s)because I had motioned a concern on the phone! Highly recommend for any automotive repair/technician needs

Got their oil change with a coupon that made it the best price I could find. They let me know of some other minor issues that they were willing to fix for additional cost but I declined in favor of doing it myself. I wasn't charged for anything besides the oil change but they were nice enough to walk me through those issues when I picked my vehicle up. I'll use the Hive again!

Eli put a new alternator in my car, did a transmission service and helped to get my car back in working condition in a timely manner. Matt at the front was super helpful and they even gave me a loner car so I had something to drive while mine was being worked on. Always good service, and reliable work when I bring my car in here.

The good:They were very friendly, quickly identified the problem with my truck and got the parts. Now my truck runs great! The bad:I called and asked if they could fix my truck that was misfiring on one cylinder. They said they could look at my truck the next day. I dropped it off. The next day I got a lengthy inspection report, with recommendations to fix the misfiring cylinder and over a dozen other problems. Three were labeled as critical. Since it’s an old truck, I only had them fix the critical items. The price seemed high, but I was busy, and tired of trying to fix it myself. $300 to replace a battery. If they got a top of the line $150 battery, that’s a hefty charge for 10 min of work. $300 to replace the $15 throttle position sensor. Another hefty labor charge for 15 min of work. $800 to replace the ignition coil and spart plugs ($70 in parts). That’s $730 for 30 min of work. On the phone there was no mention of an inspection charge. I assumed the exorbitant rates must include the inspection. No. $170 to inspect the truck. As other reviews have noted, none of the charges were itemized. Another clue of price gauging, that you don’t discover until you get the bill.

I was very pleased with my service at The Hive. Not only did they get me in same day I called, they gave me a full work up of everything I would need and they prioritized that list. Nick was my main contact there and he was so kind and nice throughout the whole process. He helped explain things to me and also helped get me some financing to help pay for my service. I just moved here and I’m happy to say I’ve found the shop I will use going forward.

They are always nice and welcoming. I like that they don't make me feel pressured into getting work done on my cars. If I have questions they will gladly explain and even show on the car what the issues are. I feel that the prices here are fair and the product is worth the price.

We were exceptionally pleased with our experience at the Hive! We were able to get our vehicle in and out in 1 business day. Making an appointment was quick and fit into our busy schedule. The staff were friendly and informative. Communication is key! We felt we were able to make an informed decision on the service provided and were able to get back on the road feeling confident that our vehicle was safe and well maintained. Thanks a million!Service: Tires

Great customer service. But absolutely insane prices. They quoted me $1800 for a wheel bearing. Went to another shop in town and it costed me $400 a quarter of the price.

The Hive was able to get immediately to work on my pick up. They communicated with me about the problems they saw and some that they would investigate. They have worked on my vehicles before and are trust worthy reliable and do great work. They are my go to auto repair shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Spectacular customer service. I will use this company exclusively until they get tired of me. Fast, reasonable rates, and they offered a loaner car while they worked on mine. If you're looking for a quality mechanic, this is you guy!

They are not the cheapest but hands down they are the best; they will do their best and they do great work. They work on both my vehicles a 20+ year old F350 and 20+ geo tracker and it’s getting harder and harder to find competent mechanics to work on the older stuff and finding parts? Forget about it,, I think they had to go to Amazon to get one of my parts for my tracker. Recommend them to anyone who is wanting competent work on their vehicle otherwise feel free to go to your buddy Fred in his backyard because this ain’t gonna be it. ;)Services: Transmission

They attempted to fix my exhaust the first time and left the oxygen sensor out of the pipe and leaning against the exhaust... This caused more damage to my car and trashed the O2 sensor. Another mechanic caught it and also pointed out they had installed the wrong cat converter. Because rig was still having issues I took it back to them (didn't want to but it was their mistake to fix and figured they would surely try and do a better job after the first fiasco...) NOPE. I still had to pay to have it repaired (I had to pay for parts except sensor) and 3 WEEKS later the exhaust is loose from MANIFOLD, it's loud, and everything is not working AGAIN. I contacted them and THEY are not returning calls or texts. On a previous repair their mechanic didint even test drive the car and I had to tkae it back TWICE. ALSO, had two loaner cars thru this process from them (shop owned) and both broke down on me... Says something when a mechanic shop can't keep their own fleet running.
