They have no interest in good customer relations. They will hold onto your loved ones money, then send you a notice they're going to let the state absorb it after years, then refuse to write it to the LEGAL PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, with all legal documents. I had to coordinate with my own credit union to be able to close the estate and finish up. When I showed unhappiness of having to jump through more hoops the in-house representative, Jade, started saying how all banks are the same. They're not. Chase was hands down the most difficult bank I have worked with.

This branch is really pretty awful. I needed a cashiers check, and even with plenty of cash in my account, I was charged a huge fee. The teller was a jerk about it, forcing me to completely suppress a frustrated response at the outrageous fee, demanding I act happy about being fleeced, the silent threat being he would not complete the transaction if I did not act with a response he wanted. He definitely did not care at all about my frustration or the fee being charged. go somewhere else for friendlier treatment.

Leah C. had a spot on review. It's under "not recommended" but I've experienced the same. Original Washington Mutual account holder. Was bummed when Chase took over but it was pretty great initially. Not a huge fan of some of their policies. It was the customer service here that made me finally cancel my account. Parking outside. Walk up ATM available 24/7. Usually no lines so that's a plus. Inside you have three smaller teller counters. A small office or two to the side for loans and one on one information. Make a deposit. Withdrawal. All the normal banking options. Brand new look. Blue hue. Much fancier than other banks in town. Unfortunately the tellers are not the nicest employees. Better to opt for the ATM for paycheck deposits. Keep your coin and deposit then elsewhere or try the coin star at local Dissmores IGA.

As a small business owner we pride ourselves on customer service and going above and beyond for every client. Although Chase is a corporate business you couldn't tell by walking in the lobby. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the staff is very efficient, so you don't have to wait very long in line. I would like to take a minute and thank Megan Riedle at the Pullman, WA branch. She is an amazing, intelligent and caring woman. When our business was just starting out she made us business of the month to help us start promoting our business and even went as far as passing out our business cards to clients with pets. This may not seem like a big deal but to us it meant everything. Thanks for the great service! The Downtown Dog Kaycee & Jessica Norman, Dodger & Mya

Even though they are corporate, I love these guys. Great friendly staff and their ATM is crazy new tech!

Washington Mutual has become Chase, which is great for those of us with J.P Morgan Chase accounts from the East Coast who want to withdraw money without ATM fees. They are quite helpful at this location. Only one ATM outside, but I've never had to wait to use it so far.

I LOVE Washington Mutual. It's without a doubt the best bank with which I've ever done business. And the online service features are phenomenal. I just opened a savings account online in less than 5 minutes. Technology is grand! The only downer for the Pullman location is that there's no drive-thru, but I can handle the walk from my car to the ATM just fine.
