I have a terrible experienced at this specific location. When I apply business credit card for my business the representative name called Jade was trying to put lip stick and using mirror when I am in her office that makes her very unprofessional but she was very nice so deserve 3.9 stars. But the lady name called Broca and her colleague act something that I can't even belive. They thought I like Broca and one day when I try to get my checks and coins for my store Broca act like customer and talking to her own colleague like she is a customer so she can avoid assisting me. That is very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Since then I never go to pullman Chase bank and I drove all the way to Moscow when I need something. Pathetic people there!!!

I deposited $1000 to ATM. It swallowed all money and did not deposit any cent to my account. Called Chase, but still need to wait 10 business days. Not sure if I can still get any cent back

The woman working the front desk (was standing by the nameplate Broca but was not wearing a name tag and would not give her name) between 12 and 12:15 on 08/31 was incredibly rude, shouting at me across the floor that an unlabeled area was "for employees only" and that I needed to "get to the back of the line and she would help me in a minute." All I was doing was looking for a restroom at my bank. If an area isn't for customers it should have an "employees only" sign that is easily visible. I won't be coming back to this location.

They have no interest in good customer relations. They will hold onto your loved ones money, then send you a notice they're going to let the state absorb it after years, then refuse to write it to the LEGAL PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, with all legal documents. I had to coordinate with my own credit union to be able to close the estate and finish up. When I showed unhappiness of having to jump through more hoops the in-house representative, Jade, started saying how all banks are the same. They're not. Chase was hands down the most difficult bank I have worked with.

I had to coordinate with my own credit union to be able to close the estate and finish up. This branch is really pretty awful. I needed a cashiers check, and even with plenty of cash in my account, I was charged a huge fee. The teller was a j*** about it, forcing me to completely suppress a frustrated response at the outrageous fee, demanding I act happy about being fleeced, the silent threat being he would not complete the transaction if I did not act with a response he wanted. He definitely did not care at all about my frustration or the fee being charged. go somewhere else for friendlier treatment.

Horrible excuse of a "banking institution." They refuse to cash payroll checks and place 2 week holds on deposits. Chase doesn't care about it's customers who need their money to actually pay rent and buy groceries. The incompetent staff at Chase would rather see you homeless and starving than do anything to help.

Generally speaking going to banks is not one of my favorite things to do, but the staff at this branch work efficiently, are communicative, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Chase in general is like a 8/10 but this branch is 10/10.
