Fire Erin. She is not consistent. I’ve heard so many complaints from friends/family who have worked with her since she was hired. You guys are also ran by disgusting religious and family values, and if Erin represents those beliefs… you guys are screwed. She doesn’t answer to DV victims, and purposely ignores them so their credit score gets screwed and they can continue to be a*used…. We miss sassia. Not sure if she still works there, but you better re-hire her, because if you keep Erin…. You’re sunk like the titanic. Good luck! Ignoring DV victims will bite your business later. I did not end up renting from cornerstone, but wanted to do my due diligence and give feedback on the awesome experience I had. After calling about a property, I pretty quickly realized it wasn't going to be for me. But the woman I spoke to stayed on the phone with me and helped me find other property managers around the area that had places available. It's exceptionally rare to find a landlord that goes out of their way to help you out knowing that you won't even be renting from them. Thanks so much for your help!!

A rental company in Pullman that doesn’t completely screw you over is a dime a dozen. Cornerstone is one of those. Sassia and Kristi are awesome people; always very communicative and reciprocal of anything that came up. I always talked to someone who knew what they were doing and could get things taken care of quickly without any bs.If I rent again in Pullman, these guys will be on the top of my list. Plus the full size candy bars is a highlight of the office visits :)

Best property management company in Pullman! Ever since they bought out our apartment complex, we have finally been getting issues fixed that our previous company had ignored for 1.5 years. They are quick to respond and very friendly. They also always plow our parking lot whenever it snows, which our previous company rarely did. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, my daughter moved in and had no hot water for 3 weeks, even though the law requires they fix it or address it in 24 hours. They finally got that resolved but were EXTREMELY rude any time I called. Then a toilet overflowed after someone used to to pee in and they charged us $60 for tenant damage. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!! Can't wait to move out, so tired of them already and it's been 2 months.

This company has changed hands many times and the record keeping has been a pain to deal with. I can’t get a straight answer on any issues that I’ve had in the past year and a half of living here. Maintenance will come if you pester enough. Usually responsive to email but only if the issue isn’t complicated. Not many leasing companies in this area have a clue what they are doing and this place proves that point well.
