Crimson properties has been so great to work with and response times to anything that comes up are instant! Tom is so great and we have really enjoyed the experience at one of his properties. Would highly recommend working with crimson properties over the bigger complexes as you get a more personalized experience.

Tom is an excellent landlord and really cares about his tenants! He is very responsive and helpful if there are any issues. The housing is in excellent condition, close to campus, and the rent is fair.
