DABCO Property Management is a locally-owned and operated apartment rental agency that has been managing apartments in Pullman since 1962. They currently have 2,000 apartment units located close to the WSU campus and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. DABCO is open Monday-Friday 9-5 and available Saturday by appointment. Residents have praised DABCO's exceptional service and compassionate response during crisis situations. Brodie, Russell, and Abbea from the Pimlico Apartments team went above and beyond to help a family in need, even moving their belongings and presents to a temporary apartment on a cold, rainy Sunday. The front office staff, including Amanda and Terri, also provided efficient and friendly support. Tenants have generally had positive experiences with DABCO's properties, describing the apartments as clean, well-maintained, and affordable, with reasonable utility costs and good Wi-Fi. The property is always kept clean, and the office staff is friendly. While there have been some occasional communication issues, DABCO is quick to address concerns and provide compensation when necessary.

Move in Day! It went smoothly with the front desk receptionist. All our documents we ready and her detailed explanations was very helpful. The transition went really well got keys in hands and moved it smoothly. 🤙🏼
