This lady charged 5 hours of cleaning for my previous rental home. When I asked her about it she said that the stove was really dirty from underneath when she pulled it out. However, I cleaned under and behind the stove as well as inside and out myself. I know it wasn't dirty at all. In fact, it was cleaner than when I moved in. I left the house spotless. I even took a pumice stick to the toilet bowls and made sure there weren't any hard water stains in the toilet or sinks. This lady didn't even ask me the address of the place I was referring to before she told me that the stove was really dirty from underneath. She said to text her my email and she'd send before and after pictures. But guess what? No reply to my text messages.Reply to owner: I called my rental company and they said I needed to contact you for before and after pictures. I contacted you and you said you would send me the pictures if I sent you my email but you never responded to my texts. You didn't even bother to ask which house I was talking about.

DeAnn and Chelsea were the best! They got our place back to spotless. They are both very professional and also fun and down to earth. They arrived on time. We’d recommend their services to anyone interested in a clean and sparkly house!
