We originally rented a Large sedan for out family. When they picked us up from the airport, they upgraded us to a minivan. Excellent customer service. Would use them again without question.

Audi Q5 our rental, a bit too helpful in its automatic features. Enterprise checking was easy. Very courteous was the gentleman who helped me. Had to wait quite a while though when I returned the car.

such a good experience! my car was in the autobody shop for 3 weeks and enterprise provided me with a great rental during that time. they were great to work with, and in particular elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful! while this doesn't change my 5 star rating at all, the only complaint that i would say is the windshield wipers on my rental were in need of replacements. it poured down rain and the wipers just smudged the water around making it difficult to see. but overall a fantastic experience, thank you!

I showed up 30 mins after my reservation time to a completely closed store, with a sign on the door that they wouldn’t be back in the office for another 1.5 hours. Called the location to find they were picking up cars in Moscow. What’s most disappointing is that the worker offered no resolution at all, even after explaining that if I waited for an hour and a half I would miss my flight in Spokane. Worker claimed they had no phone number to contact me, which is impossible since I had made a reservation and have had enterprise account for near a decade. Horrible experience.

Great location! Even though they were busy, all of the staff were so patient and working hard to get everyone taken care of. Elizabeth especially was so helpful and knowledgeable; I really appreciated her taking the time to explain things. Thank you!

Made a reservation online through the Enterprise site as I always do. Had the person at the office call me the morning of and tell me he didn't have any cars for me and I shouldn't book last minute (it was the day before). I asked him for the corporate number and he told me there was nothing they could do. He says he had 12 reservations and only 3 cars on the lot, which turned out to be a lie. He restated that I shouldn't book last minute, that he wouldn't have a car for me, and that he had the final say. Ultimately my reservation that I was counting on was cancelled without my doing about 1.5 hours before pickup. Definitely will not use enterprise from here on.

Enterprise did a great job in helping find the vehicle I needed to move my daughter across the state and into her college dorm. They had the best prices in town, saving us hundreds of dollars, but best of all was Luke who helped us out, made sure we had what we needed (even putting the seats down in the van for more room), and was attentive and kind. He even called me today to close out the contract and make sure we had a good experience. The van was ready and clean when we arrived. Definitely using Enterprise again.

Customer service is very good. Bryna was understanding and attentive. I would appreciate having a GPS system that is more reliable, but, all in all, it was good.
