I dont live in the area. I am a travel baseball mom who wanted to squeeze in a fill, because I was too busy to do it before. Jennifer is absolutely fantastic, and squeezed me in! Not only did she do my nails ,(the best nails I have ever had)....they worked in an awesome pedi! I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service and great conversation!! I will definitely be back, if I am in tje area again!! Thank you Jennifer!!!

I went in with my own super long nails . My own mind you . All I needed was some gel polish . And the young man charged me for a full set . Filed them dramatically short . Charged me for a “full set” said he was making me a great deal . A full set? I already had my own . On top of the $65 he charged me , he then asked me for a ride home . It’s been a week and I’m so livid I’ve decided to write this review and I’ll post pics of before and after ! I will NEVER go here again ! I can never get a consistent price .. and who pays 60$ for a fill . The pics with the stones and mushrooms was before . The other two are after .. he took the dremel to the underneath to my nails and so now all the tips are breaking off !!

It is too expensive and they force you to do stuff that you don’t want to! I wanted just regular nail polish but she insisted that I need to do gel! The price does not fit the quality.

I took my mother in law here for some girl time. And we both left feeling weird. One of the techs I assume the owner as well was yelling after people leaving. We had appointments and waited almost an hour after for them. My MIL liked her nails enough but I went to my regular place and got mine fixed. They were far too thick and horribly painted. 2 stars for the nice man that did my MIL nails. Won’t be returning.

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure. At the end of the appt they told me a higher price than the one advertised/listed in the building. Asked for the price breakdown because it was not adding up correctly. The staff told me the prices were old and they have new prices now. I paid the “new prices” but voiced that it was deceptive to not let clients know upon arrival that pricing was not as advertised. Nice people- probably would not return again for services. Low quality and not a lot of transparency in services.

The BEST place to go hands down!!
It’s been years since I’ve been. Jenni is number one nail tech in ALL of America if not the world. She is worth every penny and more. She is vivacious and she has this spunk about her. She is so kind and very talented with the experience of OVER 30 YEARS!! She is worth EVERY penny and MORE!! I miss and love you Jenny!! Love Katie. PS, I’ve reunited with my daughter and her father on the eastside!!! Finding a nail tech is literally impossible ??

Took of the polish on my toes after I asked them not to. They removed my polish by nipping it off with clippers. clipped the center of my toe while doing so. Then they nipped off my cuticles which is illegal in Washington to do.

Just was charged $45 for a gel pedicure that took only 30 min. Didn’t even take their time and do a massage just rubbed a little bit hand lotion on my legs.

I love this salon and iSpa in Moscow. They're low key and the staff are very professional.They don't have a TV blasting. There's music but not too loud. The scents are fruit and berry and melon. It's like a sensory safe space (for a salon).

I got a pedicure from Hollywood the first week of April 2023. I got an infection in my nail bed the day after the pedicure. I called to notify the workers and they insisted they didn't do it. Well after I got the pedicure and my toe was hurting really bad, I'm 100% sure it was their fault. I had this on going infection for 3 months straight and went on 3 rounds of antibiotics and eventually had to get half my toe nail removed. I have also noticed that during a manicure no tools are cleaned and they do not wash their hands or wear gloves in between clients. Definitely do not recommend.
