Damn the lady quoted me $80 for putting one mud flap for my rear driver seat side!

They were able to fit me in with short notice, as I was only in Pullman for the day, and needed my A/C recharged. Though Pullman is a small town, they gave me a ride back to my hotel, after I dropped off my car, and picked me up when done. The price for the recharge was significantly better than what I was quoted on the West side of the state, and they were kind enough to tell me about some other issues that could be coming down the line for me with the car in the future. No hard sell to have me repair those items, just letting me know what I needed to watch for. Very nice staff!

Best most understanding auto repair shop ever. I would encourage any students or parents of students to bring your car here for repairs. Incredibly helpful, ethical, compassionate, and understanding. I've never had a better experience with another mechanic in my life! They've been incredible for both my daughter, a WSU student, and me. I'd urge WSU to steer their students, parents, and alumni here for any and all car repairs.

Had them replace my wheel bearing last year for $650 only for it to go bad again. Not only that but when I tried to replace it myself they rounded one bolt and broke off the other…

They hire people who have no experience. I told him about a problem with my car and had him inspect it completely. He told me all the problems except mine. When I showed him my problem, he said we had not seen that. What do we mean by this??!! They are not good at checking the car

Jerry is a jerk. Instead of recommending a thread repair for my oil pan (drill a bigger hole for a newly threaded helicoil), they suggested to have the entire oil pan replaced for $600. The oil pan itself only cost around $50-ish & a new oil gasket costs like $11. There are 14 screws holding the bottom of the oil pan in place & they're completely accessible from the bottom of the engine. Thus, the labor cost would have been more than $500 for removing & replacing several screws.

Jerry’s was the only shop in the entire local area that was willing to service my Fiat’s busted hub assembly, and Wade got it done in less than a week. I was two hours late from entirely preventable circumstances (morning alarm didn’t go off), and I was still given my appointment slot with no late fee. The receptionist(s) and company driver were all polite and very easy to talk to, the latter of which gave me rides to and from the shop (also free!) Fiat drivers of the Palouse, and other folks with uncommon imports, please give your money to these people. You will not be disappointed.

Good customer service is hard to find these days, but not at Jerry's. Adam and his crew were amazing. They took such good care of me and my car I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve had a few problems with Jerry’s in the past but today was the final nail in the coffin. My husband and I were in Jerry’s today to get our oil changed and we decided to wait around a little bit for it. The man who helped us (Ethan) was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. As we sat and waited, we overheard conversations between Ethan and another person who works there (Michelle) that were absolutely disgusting and appalling. On multiple occasions and across multiple conversations, she was straight yelling at him and belittling him when he had a question for her. She would also sigh loudly like she was annoyed every 30 seconds. This kind of treatment is not acceptable in a workplace, especially in front of customers. Both my husband and I were absolutely shocked and it appeared as Ethan was flustered/angry/upset. I hope someone sees this is unacceptable and puts her in her place. Needless to say, we will be going somewhere else from now on.

The pricing here has always been honest, which is hard to find in auto repair, and the people who work here are very helpful and knowledgeable!

I called. They said that they would be able to work on my vehicle., so I called a tow truck and paid the tow truck driver 245.00 over the phone. Called Jerry's back to let them know that it's on the way to them and then was told that they don't work on "work vehicles" and this is after the tow truck driver already hooked it. They knew in advance it was a work vehicle. If you have a business and you have work vehicles find someone else cause according to Jerry's they don't or won't work on your work vehicles. On another note if you need a tow truck call AK towing. They really helped out a guy who is an 1 1/2 out of town and found us someone to work on our work vehicles.
