We just ordered from this restaurant. Paid $40 for two combos. They gave us the wrong chips for one of the orders and the wrong drink for one of the orders, and no straws!!

Ordered a single sandwich and didn't hear back for an hour, so I called, and they said it was on the way with their driver. After another hour of no communication or delivery I called and cancelled the order. No apology, but I did get the sandwich refunded, thankfully. Maybe go in store for better service.

I like Jimmy Johns. Their sandwiches are great and feel more fresh than a lot of other sandwich places, and one of the few places that delivers onto campus for a reasonable fee. I probably get it 1-3 times per month when I forget a lunch and can't get away. Most times it has been 20-40 minutes, right in the window of when they say it will be. Lately, however, their delivery service has been not good, often taking >60 minutes.Today, I placed an order at 11:31. At 12:38 I called and they said their drivers were way behind, still out on a deliver, and that mine would be the next batch out. I called again at 1:30 and they said the drivers still weren't back from the previous delivery. They called me back at 1:40 saying their drivers returned, clocked off, and they wouldn't be delivering any more orders. Their only offer was for me to come pick it up or to cancel the order.I guess I will be really hungry for dinner tonight.

Absolutely the worst Jimmy John’s anywhere. We’ve ordered from here three times in the last six months, and every single time we’ve had to call and cancel our order over an hour later because they hadn’t even started making it yet. I’m done. The franchise owners here should be fired, they aren’t even close to living up to the “freaky fast” motto.

did delivery and it was terrible. 2 hours later and i didn't even get the right sandwich. sandwich is hard as rock and wasn't even cut.

I have tried ordering here several times but have never had an order complete. I have tried at different times of the day but always get a phone call shortly after the order saying they can't complete it. As I travel for work frequently all over the north west. This is the only restaurant I've consistently had issues with. I suppose that is just what you have to deal with in a college town though. Would not recommend visiting this jimmy johns.

Ordered food at about 9. It's now 11:30 with complete radio silence. No food, no call, no show. Nothing. App hasn't even said it was out for delivery. I've called in 3 times, the last two there was no answer and this time the line says its busy. I'm fine with long delivery times on busy days, but absolute radio silence on the status of my order is just unacceptable. I ended up ordering dominos and it showed up in roughly 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't even cancel my order. 2 and half hours and no sign of it ever showing up, no ability to tell the driver not to come, and no ability to get my money back. I've never left a bad review but this is about as bad as it gets

I pre-ordered a sandwich and asked for delivery, the guy didn’t knock and my sandwich miraculously disappeared and now I’m left with no sandwich and out $25 dollars. So mad and this place

Were really good up until about May, but the last few times I've ordered they have consistently either gotten the sandwich wrong, not given me parts of my order such as chips or drinks, or both (also delivery averages 30-45 minutes). I called back to ask for the missing parts of my order last time and was told the delivery person would come back around. They never did.

I placed my delivery order at 12:19 pm (we were only about 3-4 minutes away from the Jimmy John’s watching our son at a baseball game). After half an hour of waiting I called the store at 12:53 pm because I thought maybe my order had been lost. They told me they had a large in-store order but we would get it soon. After another half hour I called back at 1:24 pm. They said they had several customers who had come into the store and that it was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour before they could get me my order - at which point I was no longer going to be at the location where I had ordered the delivery for. This is completely unacceptable for a company that touts being “freaky fast.” Even if they had notified me of the delay that would have helped. As a result my wife and I had to skip our lunch for the day. In addition, the worker on the phone told me they had more people than they expected come into the store and order so they had run out of bread - so someone who came into the store an hour after I placed order online was getting the bread that was supposed to be for my sandwiches. Whoever manages this store needs to fix this - it seems to be a regular problem based on others reviews.
