This is absolutely the best nail salon in Pullman!! My wife is so excited everytime she gets to get her nails done here. Tracy and Ron are the best in the biz. They're quite busy at times, so I recommend setting an appointment. We have tried other nail salons and they just dont compare.

Man who worked on my nails was very rude rushed me as I chose my colors and then proceeded to argue with me over the colors I chose because they weren't the same colors as the picture that I showed him. I wanted a specific style with different colors than pictured and that seemed to confuse him greatly. He got up mid appointment and made someone else come paint my nails because he was so frustrated with me demanding a certain color for my accent nail. They never cut or pushed back my cuticles or even attempted to fill in the gaps on a completely new fresh set of nails. I was mortified at the results that I had to go get them redone a few days later. I highly suggest going to hi-tek nails. They thought my nails were done weeks ago they looked so bad and were able to get me a brand new set for 50$. Way better pricing and you actually get to walk out the door feeling fresh and taken care of.

I am super upset with how I was treated.. the lady rushed .. she didn’t ask what I wanted shape wise.. just assumed and then got mad when I spoke up. I had an appointment for 5:45pm and didn’t get seen til 6:15pm and they close at 7pm. The lady rushed .. my service and made my mom wait 15 min after my service started to start her’s. My mom’s toe nails looked like a 3rd grader painted them. For 91$ plus a tip I kinda expected better.. especially since it was a recommended place.

The service here is above and beyond. Took my daughter for her first full set for prom and she had designed her nails specifically. They executed the design flawlessly. We paid $110 for her full set and pedicure all with gel polish and design on every nail.

I’ve been going to them sense the start of my college years and they are great! Always super open to designs and can be in and out of there in an hour. The prices are very reasonable and the designs are amazing. Overall would recommend anyone in the area looking to get their nails done to go here.

I just went to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day and it was AWFUL. I waited about 30 minutes and they say you have an “appointment” yet they don’t keep track of anything. I have been in a few times and have waited an hour once. After waiting I had to show them what I wanted done probably 3 times and they kept changing who was doing my nails. He cut my acrylics too short, and the whole appointment was so rushed to the point I flinched probably 5 times because he almost cut me. The paint job was alright but my acrylics are so short and chunky and just look terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.

Made appointments for three people, confirmed the night before. Arrived on time to be told they could only see two people and the other could come back another time. Poor customer service. Our time is valuable too. Will not return.

Disappointing Pedicure Experience
My recent visit to this establishment left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. While I initially had high hopes, the service fell far below my expectations.
Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and promptly seated for my gel manicure and pedicure appointment. However, from the start, it was clear that this experience would be different from any other pedicure I've had before.
The technician seemed unfamiliar with standard pedicure procedures, neglecting to properly prepare the water or provide the expected level of care. The lack of proper exfoliation and massage left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the quality of service.
Furthermore, the technician's excessive use of tools during the nail care process felt rushed and overdone. The final touch of wiping my legs with a smelly towel was the last straw. I decided against the manicure.
Ultimately, I left feeling unsatisfied and unable to justify the hefty price tag attached to the subpar service. It's unfortunate that my experience was so disappointing, as I had hoped to leave a positive review.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience, and I will not be returning in the future.
