Great group of people there. Jesse got me in right at the end of the day to check out some of my concerns with my rear brakes. Got me in and out in like 15 minutes, gave me information about whats going on and options to choose from, and set an appointment to get things taken care of. Looking forward to have brakes that don't sound like im scratching a chalkboard in a wet dumpster

This shop informed me after a scheduled brake inspection that all my brakes needed work on them and I agreed due to the issues I was having. They stated that all 4 pads, rotors, and calipers needed to be replaced and quoted nearly $1,400 for the job. I took my vehicle to a close and trusted mechanic friend for a 2nd opinion and he found the rotors and calipers in perfect condition; $150 later I'm back on the road. I will not be returning to this Les Schwab branch due to their failure to be honest and upfront with me about what work actually needed to be done.

Absolutely horrible service. They installed my brake calipers incorrectly, leaving the springs out. Also did not install OEM calipers on my car when they said they would and did not do a brake flush which is incredibly routine for when you change calipers on a car and CHARGED ME for it. Ridiculous especially for how much I paid for the service. Would not recommend coming here at all, complete scam for college students.

It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The people that work here are always nice too.

Came in today for a tire losing air issue. LS employ met me at my car and took my keys and started to evaluate my tire issue right away. Never had anyone do this and I was impressed. They found a wear issue and rotated and balanced my tires too. Again total impressed. No charge for fixing, rotating or checking balance on my tires. A+++ Service.

Sad that this location carries the same name as the other Les Schwabs establishments.
Several years of work with Les Schwabs at multiple different locations and have never been let down more than the one specifically here in Pullman.
Went in for a stud replacement, told it would be a certain price. I brought the lug nut into the business the same day I set the appointment and was deliberately told to keep it and not to worry about it. With full faith in their service, I assumed no issue with keeping it only to be charged for it when I came back to a bill that was 50% higher than I was told. No issues. No setbacks. Simply just told a different amount just because. Trust in their staff has diminished over the last few times I’ve been there. Their response was oh well just take it off and put his on. Unfortunately, I left mine at home because I was told I did not need it and did not want to wait for their service after driving home to retrieve the piece I was told I wouldn’t need.
Bottom line up front: don’t do business here. They will try and get every dollar and make it as difficult as possible for you!
EDIT: Since I cannot reply to the Les Schwab’s response, I will add create an edit.
That’s so interesting. You should consider my visit on May 10th around 1605 in the Pullman location! You’ll even see me bring in my own lug-nut on camera talking with the girl and watching as she dismisses my lug-nut after setting up my appointment. Suggesting I did not ask for a quote while in location when it was on camera in location is a very lame response. Great work team!

Maybe call me before my appointment and tell me you can't install my brakes unless I buy them from you, because now I get to drive to CA on bad brakes when I could've found another place to install them last week.

I was quoted $200 to mount 3 trailer tires on a little 1500lb camping trailer….That is INSANE! Walmart in Clarkston wants $18.60 per wheel to mount & balance tires. These people are crazy!

If you're having tire or alignment issues, I don't know why you would go anywhere else!

Paid $300 for a front brake replacement and I was told everything was done correctly. A week later I heard squealing and took it to another Les Schwab and was told the shop in Pullman put the wrong parts in and they needed to be fixed. Be very cautious when dealing with these people they don't know what they're doing

I went to Les Schwab in Moscow instead because the Pullman location refused to change my tire due to it being "low profile." It's a performance car; if you can't handle that, then consider closing your shop or getting a new manager. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Prompt service. Took time to explain service.
