They seem like helpful nice people,and they probably are.If you have a flat tire (completely destroyed)and can't drive on it, they will sell you a NEW tire,and come out to you with it.or if you need a jump start, they will come and jump start you, BUTIT WILL COST $100 ! not a Buckone hundred dollars ?As long as you know that and accept it,then yes ,DO use their services

My car battery died recently and when I came in to get it replaced I was treated poorly by staff and could hear them judging me for my car’s interior being a bit messy and current body damage from an accident. They were unprofessional and rude.

I drove 5 plus hours from Tacoma to the recent WSU homecoming. While in Royal City my low tire pressure light went on. Fortunately I was able to make it to Pullman. I woke up early Saturday morning on game day and drove to Les Scwhab. Kylar got me in right away! Keep in mind it's game day and they are closed on Sunday, so I needed it done ASAP. An hour later, a they removed a screw and my tire was patched up. Oh yeah, they didn't charge me thing. Bravo team. Thank you for making my homecoming stress free.

Dropped our tires off and they filled out the work order and they couldn't communicate with each other or call us to clarify so they just did nothing with the tires?!

Great service and the tire prices are reasonable. They treat every customer as a priority and value future business and referrals from us. All of the employees are expected to communicate with customers and are well trained in showing customers they are wanted and in good hands getting them back on the road. Plus there is a Pokémon stop reachable from the parking lot, lol.

I've been using les Schwab for 30 years. I purchased a set of Pinza Tires last fall and they are excellent! 70,000 mile warranty and they reduced my road noise a bunch - another great buy at Les Schwab.

Went in to get my tire changed and was treated super poorly. Lady rolled her eyes and huffed while looking up my account. Got told it would take 3 hours to fix, waited and got told I’d need a new tire that would come in next week. While they were figuring out my tire situation, they were rudely asking me questions and giving me lots of attitude. I told them I had warranty and had not even driven 10,000 miles on the tires yet. I left the first day in tears because of how awful they made me feel. As a young women that already had to figure how to put on her spare and drive down to Les Schwab, to be treated so inhumanly was extremely upsetting. They finally got my tire in at the store, so I had to drive down to get it switched from the spare to the new tire. Once again, was given lots of attitude. Seems like the workers need some sort of stress management training. It’s not my fault you’ve had “a long day”, I’m being kind and patient while you yell at me for not knowing how to figure out your own system. Honestly I’ve never seen worse customer service than at Les Schwab in Pullman. Figure out your management and get some training for your employees.

I know when my vehicles need attention, Jared and his team will do the job right, and explain what is needed or recommended. They don't try to upsell anything that isn't needed. I've been a Les Schwab customer for 20 years and I won't go anywhere else.

Always truthful they never try to sell me stuff that I don't need. They are quick and very kind and were very patient with me when I brought in my car. I'm disabled and can't speak so I use text to talk. They were so patient and polite to me.

Needed all 4 tires quick before my road trip. They ordered them for me, shipped them to the store and install them within 3 days. Manager was nice as well as the employees.
